Bought as an alternative to real for hospital
I bought these for my nan as an alternative to real flowers because she’s in hospital. The process and delivery was quick and she absolutely loved them! They look great and she’s able to keep them in the hospital with her.

Please go to Temu
These items are all marketed at handmade, shopping with them at their market in London amongst all the local markets has one thinking it is handmade locally however, Temu sells the Exact same flowers and not similar but exact same. This is so disappointing as I thought I was purchasing a local handmade gift from England for my sister. I purchased again online and received the bouquet with missing items and never received a reply back. I felt scammed when I saw it all on Temu after someone mentioned it in the reviews. I spent 90gbp. Too late. Sigh :( please beware.

The product is straight from Temu where…
The product is straight from Temu where u can get for 1/4 of the price. I paid more for fast delivery for it to come on Mother’s Day (2 business days) and it came in a week and some of the flowers were coming apart. I didn’t even get money back for it coming late. Don’t waste your money.

The option for express delivery is…
The option for express delivery is purely for decoration and when you try to talk to the company about this you’re better off picking a rock up from the street and talking to that.
Happened multiple times now and clearly it’s quite frustrating .

Order delivered to wrong address - lost my money
My order was 'delivered' a week after ordering, but to the complete wrong address. The BloomCrafter used the delivery partner IMile, who sent me a confirmation of delivery photo with coordinates showing to an address in the complete wrong street. We've gone looking and knocking on doors in that street, but haven't been able to find the package.
They are apparently 'investigating' the issue, but it's looking like I've lost my money and not getting the order.
So I think if you're looking for a gift for a friend like I was, unfortunately go somewhere else that uses a more reputable delivery service.
