We ordered a boneless ham carving stand. When it arrived we found the base was warped. We contacted them with evidence of the defect and unlike other companies we have dealt with, they reufundedour money without question. I know it's their legal obligation but that hasn't stopped less scrupulous companies from trying to evade their responsibilities. So very happy with this company's customer service.
We have ordered 5 Kg Free Range Iberico Ham Shoulder - 100% Natural order number 54656 on 22nd November at £129.50. It has very little the actual ham, mainly bone and dried out chewy meat. Will not be ordering again and would not recommend to anyone as it is a total ripoff…
I have ordered 10 packages of 100 grams each with Iberico ham "Pata negra"....more than half were kept in high temperature for a long time ( changing theirs taste, expired ) and then send it to me. Also three packages out of ten were sliced with a lot of fat on them. And also they didn't published my review.
