Scammers. Their offices are in Pakistan, not USA. Their website claims that their products are USA made, but it’s from China. Gave me cheap samples from China after I deposited $4k. I told them i want to cancel but they have stopped responding.
Love how my soap boxes came out and I appreciate the edits made throughout the process. However, there could be a bit more attention to detail during the process. Several times the changes I caught between versions were spelling errors introduced that didn’t exist in the original proof or missing text that existing in the prior version, which resulted in some process delays. In the end though, we got there and they came out great.
I just received my custom boxes and the final product is beyond my expectations
