No customer service
I purchased a professional slicer for 1000 euros. It looks great, but after just three years, the on/off button started malfunctioning.
I contacted their customer service over three months ago and was referred to a local provider (and I don’t live in a remote area—I’m in Paris). After three months of follow-ups, no solution has been offered. I now have a 1000-euro slicer taking up a quarter of my kitchen, completely useless because of a plastic part that likely costs 3 euros.
In short, poor-quality equipment and zero after-sales service. You try to invest in quality and buy European, but in the end, you get a product that’s no better than a cheap plastic slicer from China.
