This company is selling stock they don't have.

Paid for a table on the proviso of 3-5 days delivery. Called them first to ensure they had the table in stock and could deliver within 3-5 days as said on website and confirmation email. They put me on hold and checked they had it then said yes. I now know they just put me on hold and did nothing.

Since that time (payment) they have done everything to stall us with vague answers on delivery. I now don't even know if they have the table we want. Their stock answers are to please wait to Friday afternoon, and then at that time say they cant contact either manufacturer or courier. Circle answers.

Now that I want my money back they are stalling again and saying we dont know if you have received the stock so cant refund. Days later they say they are starting a long refunding process and to wait more days. All dleay tactics.

Really poor service and dodgy answers. Feels like we are dealing with a website front with no real stock of their own.

If you can, avoid this company.

Ordered a bed online which stated 'in stock'.
Took my money quick no problems but next day they called to ask me why is my billing address different to my postal address? I explained it was because I'm moving in to my new house, but for security reasons I had to send them another £325 via bank transfer to them before they will refund my first payment! I have never had to do this anywhere else before but I paid again anyway as I was in a rush to get my bed into my new home.
Come delivery day I received another phone call to say they had made a mistake and don't have the bed in stock until 5th May!! They have basically wasted a lot of my time with the payment issues then to rub salt they tell me they were out of stock on the day it was suppose to be delivered.
Had to look elsewhere in a panick but luckily I found the bed on another site and got it delivered via next day delivery.
I just recieved my full £650 refund after 6 days but not until I had to call up to ask what's going on with my refund.
Not a great experience at all trying to buy from thebedsandfurniturestore.
Sad thing is I just checked their site and they still advertising this bed in stock and for next day delivery. Good luck to whoever buys from this site.
