Friendly and very helpful and supportive with excellent advice

I bought an ottoman bed from The Bed House four years ago and was so pleased with it, and the service they provided, that I have recently returned and bought two more for my spare rooms. I didn’t even consider going to one of the big suppliers, why would I when The Bed House had everything I wanted at a competitive price, with a personal, friendly approach, great knowledge and sound advice! And it’s great to know I’ve supported a local business. I wouldn’t hesitate to make a bee line for them in the future. Thanks everyone 🙂

Lady in shop was great both times we visited. Delivery men were great. Only took 2 weeks to come and very pleased with the mattress- no longer have a bad back every night! Thank you.

Great service, stored the bed until we needed it and delivered on the day of the move. Also put the bed together for mum and dad which helped so much.

What a fab company to purchase from. Literally from the moment we stepped foot through the door to the moment our bed was delivered they could not have been more helpful . Absolutely great service and if anyone ever tells us they need a new bed, we know exactly where to send them ! Thank you

Nothing but helpful and friendly service. We had to swap our mattress as the first one we brought from the bed house wasn’t comfortable for me. They made it so easy for us to do this and were really helpful with suggesting other mattresses. Would definitely recommend.

Right from when we walked into the bed house up until the bed got delivered we experienced exceptional service! The sales woman was absolutely delightful, very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped us select the perfect bed and mattress (which were on sale, no less!) and organised payment and (free!) delivery super efficiently. The lads who delivered it to us were so lovely! They arrived promptly when expected and, without fuss, carried the bed to where I wanted it.
I'm so impressed with this company and it's staff, I will be reccomending to everyone I know!

Wow! What a wonderful company to purchase from. After receiving a dreadful mattress and customer service from another well-known supplier I was at my wits end in terms of stress levels! TOTALLY different experience with the Bed House though! What lovely people! Ash took the time to understand my requirements and choose a suitable mattress, which he then delivered promptly and was so helpful and kindly moved my old mattress into the garage. Cannot thank him enough. Will definitely recommend to family, friends and colleagues!

What lovely people. We were welcomed as soon as we stepped foot into the bed house, and were guided with so much help and support from Sophie to choose the perfect bed. Following delivery on time by Ash, he was so helpful and kindly offered to put the beds together for myself also my mum which was such a big help. Cannot thank them enough. The quality of the beds are outstanding too. Will definitely recommend to family and friends 🫶🏻 again, thank you very much!
