Lovely but seem to be delicate.
These are my favourite bath bombs, they smell great but sometimes they arrive a little bashed up which is disappointing as I like giving them as gifts.

These bath bombs are so pretty it's almost a shame to use them, but the colours are almost as pretty when in the bath (i may make an exception for the gingerbread Man... Brown is not a good bath colour!) And they smell gorgeous. You can definitely tell these are made with care which makes them worth the price

Bath bomb broken when opened parcel
My bath bomb was broken when I opened up my parcel I was refunded £2 but still rubbish when I have to give that to my sister as a birthday present

We have Terms & Conditions of sale, which must be read and acknowledged at checkout to proceed with your order:
Article 2- We have a Damaged in Transit Policy, which entitles you to a 30% refund for any damages you receive. We are only able to offer this refund if damages are reported to us within 48 hours of receipt, and are complete with pictures of the damages and packaging they were received in. We are not able to offer returns or replacements for damaged bath & body products.
Article 3- We are not able to take responsibility for orders intended as gifts.
These terms and conditions are featured at the point of checkout, and must be read and acknowledged before a sale is able to be completed.
As a breakage doesn’t affect the use of a bath bomb, most of our customers are happy with a 30% refund for the inconvenience, whilst still being able to keep and use the product.
We are very sorry to find out in this way that you find the policies that you agreed to unfair, but these are in place to protect both us as a supplier, and you and all of our other happy customers.

I placed an order just before Xmas and I was having an issue with a discount code.
