Order 10 items, they all arrived without lids, emailed the company provided pictures the arranged return label, I sent return via post office. I have sent several emails regarding my refund however, they have not replied to a single email regarding my refund. I habe lost almost £100.00 to this company. Wouldn't advise anyone to use this company would give it zero stars if i could.

Avoid like the plague! when all goes well no problem, as soon as you have a problem and have to contact customer service it falls apart, no response, silence and no refund for a product which was not delivered, left feeling like they are scam artists.

Very disappointed with the service from The Beauty store.

My order was originally due for delivery on Saturday, but I rescheduled it with Royal Mail for Tuesday. Despite this, it was still delivered on Saturday and left outside in pouring rain. A neighbour kindly picked it up the following day, but by then the parcel and all the product boxes were badly water damaged.

The perfume was purchased as a birthday gift, so I unfortunately had to give it without the box as it had been completely ruined.

I contacted customer service and provided photos showing the damage, however the response from Jack was simply to return the items for a refund, ignoring the fact that the products are now out of stock and that the issue was caused by the parcel being delivered incorrectly and left outside in the rain.

Very poor customer service and disappointing support when something goes wrong.

Placed another order after a negative experience last year. Happy to report that I received my order of perfume testers today. They arrived safely, no problems and super happy with price. Thank you. 🙂

Order failed to arrive. Jack said he'd investigate. Did not respond nor reply to further emails. Telephone line is unmanned. Ended up contacting PayPal for a refund. Will never use this company again suggest you dont either.

Cannot believe the price of this product didn't believe it could be the real thing but it definitely is , have compared it to the one I bought from Clarins just ordered another for my daughter . Service and delivery excellent have downloaded the app and now my go to in future .

Good website with great offers and wide selection of products. Great prices for testers. Fast delivery and nicely packaged. Have recommended the site to friends and have purchased more than once.

I want to share my experience to help others make an informed decision before buying from this company.

I purchased three tester perfumes, but the scents were noticeably different from the same fragrances I have smelled in reputable perfume shops. Because of this, I contacted the company to raise my concern that the products might be faulty or not genuine. Instead of receiving helpful advice or support to resolve the issue, I received a very unpleasant response.

I did not pursue the matter further and eventually gave the perfumes away. However, two months later I received a threatening email from someone at the company, identifying himself as Jack Mathers. The message stated: “Your comments are extremely incorrect, defamatory and liable. If you state anywhere that you believe we are selling counterfeit or fake goods, we will take legal action.”

As a customer, I believe it is my right to raise concerns when a product does not seem right. I am simply sharing my personal experience with their customer service and how my complaint was handled. I encourage anyone considering buying from this company to be aware of how concerns may be responded to.

Awfull awful customer experience. Sent me products in damaged boxes, wouldn’t communicate when returned requested, wouldn’t acknowledge items returned, still have received no refunds.

I received my order of perfumes and one of them had been broken. The perfume had leaked all over the cardboard box. I contacted customer services and sent emails and picture.
The company replied to me straight away and sent me a replacement. I’m extremely happy with the service and products I received.

Went on line to place an order. Ordered several things, mostly hair colours. Went to check out and paid, not thinking it was too expensive considering the amount of items. However, when they sent the email informing me they had received my order, I noticed several sexual lubricants on the order, that I, as a 65 year old woman most certainly never added to my basket! I emailed them immediately and told them I had not put those items in my basket and asked them to cancel them from my order and refund me the over £20 for them.
To cut a long story short, I sent several emails in relation to this, and pointed out that I had been back to the site and put a couple of things in my basket, but several other items appeared in there. This is a very deceptive practice as they hope that people ( like me) don’t notice and just pay. So… despite my emails they then a day later send me an email to say that the 4 disgusting items had been dispatched separately and prior to my main order. I have emailed them to say I will not accept delivery… so waiting to see what happens now. Buyers beware Underhand devious practices? I do want to edit this, to make it clear that I think it is a glitch in their software that has caused this to happen. I did email them at the time to ask their tech person to look into this . I have refused delivery and have had an email ( don’t know if it was from a bot) that said when it is received they will check it out ( despite the fact I have never had it in my possession) and if all is well they will refund me for the items in the package, within 10 days.

Over three weeks since ordering and my parcel has still not arrived. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions asking for an update as the tracking information has not been updated. I have not had a reply from the company other than automated responses. I cannot speak to anyone, as the contact number on the website is never manned and goes straight to voicemail. Needless to say I will not be using The Beauty Store again

The beauty store sent a different product to the one I ordered. I contacted them to ask for a returns label but have received no response from them. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. BEWARE!!!!

From ordering to the delivery The Beauty Store is excellent. I will defiantly be recommending to friends and colleagues.

Fantastic customer service!! Especially from a great guy called Jack!! If ever I have any queries, questions or issues Jack always sorts them out! Would highly recommend this site and company!
