Poor courier service
My first order was lost by the courier Evri, having never been scanned into their system. I emailed the B collection about this but a week passed with no response which was disappointing.
They thankfully resent the whole order, again with evri, but when I received it the box looked like it had been broken then hastily repaired by the couriers. Two of my items didn’t arrive, which the company said they would refund.
Disappointing to see evri is the only courier option, when they are so badly reviewed nationally.
As for the products themselves, the hand sanitisers smelled very pleasant, though keep in mind they are quite strong. The lip scrub is fantastic but the body spray was too overpowering (free gift, not ordered) so I gave it away. Scent was “fairy dust”, it smells like strong, crushed up sweets, candy floss etc.
Really wanted to try the lip balms but these were the items that didn’t arrive.
I would buy from the B collection again if an alternative courier option was provided, as I really enjoy the hand sanitizer and lip scrub. While the customer service team did everything they could to fix the issues with the courier service, their responses were a bit slow.
