This shop delivered the wrong product to me. After sending them a message and explaining what had happened, they said the reason for sending the wrong product is that they didn't have in stock the one I had ordered.
I think that was a bit rude. They could have let me know that the product was out of stock beforehand and then ask if I'm willing to swap it for another one, or if I just want to cancel the order.
