The badges were lovely when they arrived but they arrived 4 days after my daughters birthday even though the delivery estimate was a few days before. But, they do look nice even though they have been wasted.

Hi Deborah. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry to hear that your badges arrived later than you had expected.
I have looked at your order and I can see that you placed your order on the 14th April (Good Friday) and that during checkout you selected the 'UK Dispatch in 5 working days' option. Accordingly your order was due to be shipped on the 24th April (remembering Monday 17th April was also a bank holiday). I see your order did leave us on the 24th, in accordance with your chosen dispatch option and left First Class.
I see that you refer to the badges arriving later than our stated delivery estimate, which leads me to believe that you may have misunderstood the dispatch options, as we do not offer 'delivery estimates' anywhere on our website or email confirmations. The options are only 'days until dispatch', simply because the badges have to go through several stages of production and can either be ready to leave in 3 working days or 5, depending on what you select during checkout.
After dispatch there does then need to be an allowance allowed for Royal Mail to deliver your order.
When I consider that there where 2 bank holidays and a weekend during that period and you refer to the badges being 4 days late, I can hazard a guess that you thought that they would arrive in 5 days, which in not an option we offer, as it is dispatch in 5 days.
Again I am sorry your badges arrived late and as a gesture of good will I have arranged a full refund of your order.
