Made my night. She was awesome and very knowledgeable. I was so uncertain what I wanted to purchase, but she explained everything to me and she was VERY PATIENT WITH ME... she was off the chart with her customer service. The chairs that I ordered is for our family room. Once our rec room is completed I will definetly place another order to complete our movie theatre room. My order then will be at least 12 chairs/ 3 rows of 4 chairs. Thank you. I love your company.

I love my chairs and the customer service when I spoke with Anna. The lighted cup holders were backordered which wasn't a problem, but the estimated date in stock changed a couple times and I still don't have them. However, Anna reassured me today that they are now in stock and on their way! I have had the Genesis seats since February and so far so good! The leather is exceptional and they were easy to put together. Would definitely order from again!

This was the funest part of the new home. It shipped as told which we ordered way early thinking we would get much later then told so we had to store. Now it's in place it's the wow factor of a home full of surprises. Great service and great quality thanks.

I literally never sit down and actually write reviews - lazy I guess, which is apropos. However I called Alex to ask some questions about my order, which I made online - he helped me understand what I'd ordered, applied discounts that I didn't know about, and walked me through exactly how the chair worked, would be delivered, how the warranty worked, what to expect - and on top of that let me forward him my online order so he could process it FASTER than before. So in the end I got a way better experience than expected, money off, and my chairs will be here faster (and they're better than I expected too).

I had an excellent experience with the customer support of 4Seating.com. One of the delivered seats was broken. After contacting John Jasso of support, he arranged for a new one to be delivered in a few days. He was very responsive; a quality that is sometimes lacking in the world of web retail.
