Ordered a picture from The Artists…

Ordered a picture from The Artists Quarter, pleased to recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent communication, first class packaging, delivery made on time by a very helpful and courteous driver.
My picture arrived in perfect condition and resides, in pride of place, on its wall.

The delivery company also deserve a mention here for great service and helpful diver. ( Note to Everie, you could learn something here. !!!! )

Fabulous quality canvas

Fabulous quality canvas - great size and excellent value for money.
From order to delivery took less than a week and full tracking was available so I was able to follow my canvas right to my door

Recommend The Artist Quarter

Great experience. It was actually the 2nd time I ordered this painting. The first time the picture was far more expensive and after 3 weeks hadn’t been delivered as promised by a major furniture company.
I wasn’t sure about ordering it again but as it was the one picture my husband and I agreed on, I decided to try again. I’m so glad we did, we got it £100 cheaper and it arrived quickly when they said it would.
The painting is amazing, looks like an original, colours are fantastic and look different in different lights. Very please with the service!

I have now bought three prints from The Artists' Quarter. I love all three of them - they were well priced, arrived well packaged and hold a special place in my house. They were also very quick to respond when I had an online chat query - the agent went out of his way to look for a similar print to the one I wanted, which was out of stock online

INITIALLY A VERY POOR SERVICE

We placed an order on 2nd March, order no. 58202 which still has not been delivered. Despite 2 emails and leaving two voicemail messages, we have had no reply or communication as to why our picture has not been delivered. Not even an acknowledgement of our emails. They were quick enough to take our money though. I see that most customers have had a positive experience, but we cannot concur with them. VERY POOR!

I can now add that once The Artists Quarter we're aware of our lost order they did react very quickly to despatch our order. We were not disappointed with the quality it was superb. Thank you.

I do however hope that they have taken on board how extremely difficult it is to contact them when there is a problem.

We are incredibly happy with the artwork we bought from you. It was very easy to order over the phone as your customer service is first rate. Delivery was within a week and the artwork was very well packaged. It looks lovely hanging in our bedroom 🙂

Cheap Art for Top Prices

They are selling the Harbour Cafe by Richard MacNeil, normally £175, now in the sale for £159.99.
The Range are selling it for £11.26 (sale price, normally £22.99)
The framed print is the same measurements.
Go figure!!

It’s quite clear that the two items being compared have not actually been looked at properly, because they are completely different pieces.

Rather than relying on assumptions, here are the links so this can be judged accurately:

Even a quick comparison makes it obvious these are not the same product. Theirs is Quayside. Ours is Harbour Cafe. Different artwork entirely, not a variation of the same piece.

Beyond that, the physical differences are significant and cannot be ignored. Our piece measures 111 cm x 56 cm, making it over 40% larger by surface area than the alternative referenced. It also weighs 8 kg, compared to just 1.3 kg for the other item, meaning it is over six times heavier. That difference alone tells you these products are not built to the same standard or using the same materials.

There is also a clear distinction in construction and origin. Our piece is UK-made, produced to a far more substantial specification with a solid frame and overall finish to match. The alternative appears to be a lightweight, mass-produced import, set in a thin and basic frame. These are fundamentally different levels of product, not like-for-like options.

The issue here is not a matter of opinion, it is one of accuracy. A public comparison has been made between two items that differ in image, size, weight, build quality, and manufacture, yet are presented as though they are directly comparable. That creates a misleading impression for anyone reading the review.

Reviews are, of course, entitled to be critical. What they should not do is present inaccurate comparisons as fact, particularly when the differences are this clear and this significant.

If a comparison is going to be made, the minimum expectation is that it is between genuinely equivalent products. In this case, it quite plainly is not.

This is why the review is not just negative, but unfair and misleading.
This is exactly where platforms like Trustpilot fall down. Reviews like this are published and left visible despite being based on comparisons that are, at best, misunderstood and, at worst, misleading. That creates a false impression for future customers who are not given the full context.

Our ordering was easy but !

Our ordering was easy and the despatch quickly with good information on its arrival.
But unfortunately it was damaged I let them know the same day ,the initial reply to my email and call was good. But after that it was awful ,conflicting information on the replacements arrival and when I tried a chat box conversation for help (as my emails were rarely answered),they didn't help at all and told ME to contact the owner ( who was the one not replying ) as it obviously wasn't something they were prepared to do !!
After 3 long weeks a replacement was sent ....but not without alot of hassle....and as for discount for the disappointing service.. NO that was obviously never going to happen.

Lovely artwork

Our company renovates properties for the use as our own holiday lets. We were in the midst of refurbishing one of them and I stumbled across The Artist Quarter when I was looking for quality pictures.

We went with a selection of Adam Barsby pictures of a girl with a dog in black frames. They are perfect and really have give the property the look we were trying to achieve. They arrived via APC and were well packaged.

Would certainly use again as I have a three bedroom property which needs refurbishing from top to bottom and will need artwork so will be sure to come back for some more in the future.

Saw the Pastures New panel in a country…

Saw the Pastures New panel in a country pub and was so impressed we ordered one for our home. Ordering was very easy and item was dispatched and delivered in good time, the packaging was excellent and ensured the item was not damaged in any way. It’s up on the wall and we love our new art work. Will definitely buy from The Artist’s Quarter again 😎

We purchased a specific print in a frame for an engagement gift. Item was received on time it was packed so well and protected. The Customer service/feedback is first class - if you are looking for the perfect gift I would not hesitate to order from them. I will definitely use them again
