Did not deliver on arranged day, did not install, did not take away old machine on x2 promised occasions, have not refunded installation and takeaway - very unprofessional - let’s see if they honour the refund ?
Able to order item out of stock elsewhere. Slight gremlin with the delivery process but The Appliance Centre kept me informed proactively which was excellent service.
Despite a slight delay on the supply of my Miele washer/dryer it arrived well packaged & exactly as described. All my messages & calls were answered quickly & professionaly. Overall a great machine at a great price highly recommended. I still received my machine sooner than quoted by local suppliers at a discounted price with factory guarantee.
Great prices and good communication, easy to do business with this company. They were up front about a realistic delivery date, and the item arrived when they said it would. It arrived in pristine condition with an excellent delivery experience.
Great communication and delivery also the only company to offer a deal on a Gozney Dome in Jan.
Everything . Item lost , then not delivered on second attempt , then delivery cancelled as item supposedly damaged on third attempt . Which I wasn’t informed of .
Then finally given a refund and told to source elsewhere .

Unfortunately we were in the hands of 3rd party couriers for your delivery and with the run up to Christmas they let us both down, hence why we offered an immediate refund so that you could try and source locally to avoid any disruption to your kitchen install. I am one happy customer. My Miele washer / dryer delivered in time, lifted to 1st floor apartment, unpacked and packaging removed.
While the price was very competitive, I wasn't impressed with the communication or the lack of. I was told it was out for delivery on a date, ( i cancelled a dentist appointment to wait in) and not delivery. Once the delivery company had my order they were very good and communicating with me, and very helpful in the delivery
Excellent service, quick and professional. I was easily able to reschedule my delivery following a postal strike
