the overall experience is lacking .. the film is a decent price and is shipped to desintation in normally in under a week .. however their communication is simply appalling , no confirmation re purchase or invoice , no progress update and no shipping notification, , simply silence, when received there is not even thank you message in the invoice or any or document .. no real manners or attempted at customer service let alone basic respect. I used them 4 times now and that is probably it for me, companies that dont appreciate the business and monies from people tend to fail quickly ..
