Item never arrived - Payment never returned
Placed an order on Aug 22nd, waited for a month without receiving any update whatsoever. Last time I checked the tracking number (late Sep) it said my item had been delivered. Except I never received anything and my local post office gave me a proof that it never got in the country. Ever since, my multiple attempts to contact thealchemistscupboard via mail were all ignored. Feels like I've been fraud and by reading other comments it looks like I'm not the only one.

Having just checked your tracking (RV215712780GB), it looks like delivery was attempted on Thursday 25th AUG, at 14.02pm. Just 3 days after you placed your order. This was not called for or collected and subsequently returned to us on the 15th of September. The next day we sent an email asking if you would like this refunded or the items re-sent, to which we never heard back. We are more than happy to sort this out for you. We are not frauds, we have been established over 10 years and would never dream of putting customers out of pocket. You will have received full tracking within your dispatch email.
