Disappointed
Very disappointed in the products, Iv only been a member less then 3wks and had Multiple problems with products which had to be taken back quite a few times, but I'm very happy with the staff they could see it was faulty and I always got refund back or exchange, I really feel they need more lingerie and dress up outfits for the women.

We do have a very strict rule on items returned faulty and any product that has a 5% faulty return rate are removed from our range. We are sorry you had been incredibly unlucky with having 3 premium products faulty in 3 weeks.
We understand you had 3 items deemed faulty and the items where refunded, the 4th item was refunded for incorrect choice as a courtesy by the store manager for your inconveniences.
Unfortunately, with the state of affairs going on during the pandemic and supply chain issues there are selected items we are waiting on for restock, we do however have over 300 lingerie SKUs currently in stock. We apologies we couldn’t cater to your needs.
If you were happy with your service, we would ask that you reflect your review on our response to the situations.

Improvements needed desperately
Ordering was easy and the customer service seemed ok but they really need to provide more click and collect options. The warehouse could not be more inconvenient for me to get to, especially at the extremely limited opening hours, whereas there is a store just down the road, I could walk there. I ordered this a week ago and I still haven't been able to pick it up. This system needs review ASAP.
