This is a complete scam. Had a paid membership very briefly and then cancelled following their complicated cancellation process only to discover several months later that they continued to charge me every month. They refused to refund my money claiming that I didn't cancel it correctly. Seriously. Complete fraud. Stay away from them.

Scam. Mostly bots. Impossible to cancel membership. What they do is generate msgs. using old/disused accounts (women). If you bought VIP, be prepared to get screwed; they automatically re-bill you for the next month, and as I said cancelling is impossible.

They are not even allowing to send one message also. Need to become a paid member to send even a message. And it's bots who is sending message. Most of the profiles are fake. Anyways going to cancel the account. Tinder is always better. Bye bye adulthub.

Most of the responses you get on this site come across as computer animated. Most questions into your profile and meeting up are all the exact same. You are very unlikely to get a secound response when you respond to someone who has asked about meeting up. God forbid you try to cancel your subscription. Tried over three times through the site and got nothing except more charges on my account. Had to file fraudulent charges on the charge with my bank to get my money returned and cancel my debet card. Would not recommend this site to anyone.

Been on site for 5 years. Mostly as a paying VIP at over £ 100 per year. Not worth it - get sod all, apart from site abuse. So now 6 months basic free member. Is it worth it? NO!. Same abuse now told cannot reply to text's. Imposed a daily limit! (WT.F?) As a basic takes over 50+ hours to validate an uploaded pic, Sold its soul to the USA and big $$$$. Based on the second floor tenement on the Isle of Man, immune from United Kingdom Law, so in a word ADVOID them

Fake profiles sending template messages to make it look real. Nobody then ever replies. No 30 days money-back guarrantee. Don't be a fool and give money to these scammers. Chances to have sex with someone are close to zero. Better stick to Tinder.

Don't waste your time with this. You have to pay just to be able to see messages! Because free members can't read messages there is absoluetly no point in even paying to become a member as you end up messaging people that will never even read your messages!

We first became free members with theadulthub and then on we wanted to take it further so we paid and became VIP members. It was all going fine and we met few couples through the site. Then suddenly about 5 months later we stopped getting any notification from theadulthub. We did not realise until 2 months later when a person we met through the site asked us if we have deleted our profile as he could not see our profile. We then contacted customer care and they told us our id has been marked as 'suspicious', they gave us no reason, so we could not contact anyone nor could anyone contact us and our profile was hidden. We did not get any notification of this and we were able to know just cos our friend asked us. The best is they said the only way to verify our account is by posting 'full face pic' with todays date and our id written on a piece of paper. After a lot of arguing we finally put up only my face pic as I did not want to expose my partner and when I did that the site told me that since its a couple account they need 'full face' of both of us. That made us blow our lids and we gave up on theadulthub. For a few dollars we were not going to compromise on our safety and identity. So we still have 4 months subscription left and 2 months previously wasted so all in all for a 1yr subscription we were only able to use it for 6 months, also we were supposed to get buy 1yr and get another yr free. So totally 1.6yrs wasted. So please dont go for theadulthub, there are much better sites which when you google shows up and if you see 'theadulthub' is not even on that list.

Full of fake profiles, all are for fwb members. If we need to go for a paid fun don't need a kind of platform with a big fee for membership.....Really fu**ing site.....

Customer service is terrible, when they do actually reply. Also, made a purchase for a VIP membership but not processed. I remember when this site allowed members with standard packages to read messages from other members with standard packages; was really great then.
Now it's worth less than 1 star.

theAdulthub doesn't make themselves competitive enough ..There are other sites out there besides theAdulthub.

SCAM! Fake profiles and automated messages dont waste your time or money

Very bad site, ZERO respect for privacy of clients. We are a couple and after being on the site for 7-8yrs suddenly they marked our profile as unsuitable for absolutely no reason. The customer rep kept on insisting on sending the face pics to reveal our identity else our account will be blocked.

This is what was asked to us -
"Please would you help us speed up the process by uploading a photo to your profile of your full faces, holding a piece of paper with todays date and your username written on it or alternatively attach it to a ticket"

When I asked reasons he told they see "suspicious activity". We very clearly know we have not done anything suspicious and when I asked them to explain more on what they mean by suspicious activity, they did not had an answer and kept pressing that face pic validation is must. I agreed that I can send a pic with holding a piece of paper with today's date and username written,. but without face. But the customer rep kept on insisting face pics. Wonder why they need a face pic to validate something. This clearly shows some kind of a scam is running here. We told him our privacy is more important to us than having an account on their site and we will not verify with face pic.

After giving this a really good go, with the best intentions, I have to agree with all the negative reviews. This site is a complete scam. Don't waste your money.

They keep making you fill out forms and give you 24 hours to fill it so they can mess with you and you end up stop asking for a refund....This is 100% scam!

Waste of time admin keep sending emails to you for Supposed contact meet up all crap all just tossers in messaging very dissatisfied with the site

Really bad, just sends you auto generated messages, have had (maybe) one real message in 18 months, avoid it!!!!!

Definitely a scam!! Luckily I have not paid a cent!! However, you cannot delete profile unless you pay for VIP accesss.

Don't open account! All lies and fake profiles

Would be a Zero Star. Tried deleting my account. It referred me to a "Help Desk" link. Which aparently requires a VIP membership to submit tickets, preventing me from recieving any help or delete my profile I am not paying to delete my profile. I will however report this to the Fraud and Scam department of my government. They spam the S.H.I. T out of my email. They blocked me from deleting my account. This website needs to be taken down NOW!

We joined this site as a couple. We live in a small place but there seemed to be enough many interesting people on.
After paying for VIP membership, we got exactly ONE = 1 email from someone who managed to sneak in her Facebook in a cryptic format. Unfortunately not what we were looking for.
VIP members can email "Classic" = unpaid. It seems they can read a reply if they are new but if they have been on for anything more than a week, they get a blurred text and asked to pay. Frequently they can not even email a VIP, "This VIP member can not receive more bla bla from unpaid bla bla today, try again tomorrow". OK, tried just after midnight and got same message...
In my country there was 1 VIP and about 50-100 Classic. They might be bots, no idea. One was real, that is clear as I found the Facebook. Anyway, they cannot be contacted and they keep emailing again and again what looks like standardized stuff "LIke your profile, why not chat". They never reply to anything you send even if you have paid up in full. You can not chat. If you click "Chat" to an unpaid member, they get a flag to pay, and most of course don't.
If you ask support "how can I get in touch with people, now that I have paid up in full", you get a blaha response saying people can "wink" or "blink" each other, or whatever. But real contact - forget it.

I tested things by adding a few nonpaid profiles and it is clear that unless a non-paid sends the FIRST email to a paid profile and includes m:y- face publication is what.ever etc, they can never meet anyone. They have exactly one shot at it, just after they signed up and only to VIP members, of which there are few.

This site is a scam if you want to get in touch. It's ok if you want to watch pictures of people ripped from somewhere and nothing else.

DO NOT PAY, you will get NOTHING for your money!
