AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY ARE THE WORST. Do NOT get with them. I have been trying to get an issue fixed for over 2 weeks and THEY BARELY WORK. They are slow, prolong and dont know what they are doing. Lina who was "trying" to help me, was the least helpful. They only had her on the line. If I could change to another i would.

The support team are scammers
The support team are scammers. I bought a theme on Shopify by mistake. I wrote to support and they said that they would refund me if I bought it on WordPress. I bought on WordPress and now they are dropping another theme for purchase.

Great value and perfect support
We bought the Kalles theme (version 3.1.1) for a Shopify store. The theme is very complete, has a lot of functionalities and looks nice out of the box. The support is excellent. Great response times and we found a solution to all our problems. The customizability of the styling (at least in our version) is a bit lacking though. Many UI elements just revert to default colors, and can only be overwritten with custom CSS. And that's where it gets tricky - this version doesn't use a standardised CSS naming convention like BEM, so it's a bit of a mess with CSS classes and IDs. Also, the back-end is full of spelling mistakes. This is something that the end-user does not see, and thus isn't a big deal, but gives an unprofessional first impression when configuring the theme. It's only after you see the completeness of the theme and documentation and the professionality of the customer support that you begin to see the great value of this theme.
All in all I would say it's a great purchase and I would definitely recommend it.
