I bought a 3doodler for my son for Christmas. It broke after two uses. No replacement sent and no refund given. Automated reply each time. Do not buy it breaks easily and the service is terrible.

Just a great toy wish you didn’t have to use a whole stick each time you change colors

I bought my 3d pen second hand and it works AMAZINGLY! (It was unused) I only have a few problems. One problem was the small handle on the un-jammer tool - I burned myself because my hand slipped on the slippery plastic. Another downside is the short length of the filament. The sticks are very short and require frequent refilling.

Stopped working after 6 months. Warranty return address and process not published on their website. Customer services contactable by phoning the US or email. They don't respond to email. Avoid.

Amazing product, always fun to use for me or the kids if you are artsy.

These people, Janine and Charlie, are absolute STARS. I got the start plus, broke it, and got a replacement pen for NO MONEY, broke the replacement pen and got ANOTHER one. even though it was out of my warranty, they gave it to me. I do not know what to say. they probably have the most responsive and nicest customer service I've ever encountered.

They are scammers, you pay and Never receive anything.

Little disappointed that when my son received the wrong size filaments for Christmas. I just thought we could just get a return label and send it back for the correct ones. But instead it cost $10 to return. You can't purchase the start kit filaments anywhere else too.

We purchased a 3Doodler Pen for our daughter for Christmas 2022. It was her most requested gift and she was beyond thrilled to get it. We had it for about 3 days before out dog unfortunately found it and chewed to pieces. Needless to say out daughter was heartbroken. I reached out the company about a replacement and was contacted within an hour of my initial email and was thrilled with the costumer service received! Forever customer now!

i brought my 3doodler create a year ago black onxy one it still going strong have odd blockage ect but found if gentle and reverse is slow or in directiotion poke in to try clear filament block you wont break it totally amazing pen highly recommend brought stand and jump pack charger and big refills totally love it wouldnt mind some freebies to test fillament i find everything on 3doodler my stensils lot or copy off google and print made a giant effel tower with it all led it is totally amazing highly recommend best best pen ever

I had purchased their first pen 3Doodler 2.0 years ago but since it was an old model, I needed to upgrade due to some issues and they offered me a discount code as well.

Their quality is truly unmatched!

I now have the 3Doodler Create+ and when I was faced with some issues the people in customer service were more than just helpful. We even arranged a video chat to solve my issue and of course, it was solved!

You can really put your trust in them to help you with whatever issue you may have and their customer service is by far the best i have ever encountered!

I never received my product, i contacted but no response, 2 months and still nothing received!! SCAM DONT BUY FROM HERE

The device itself isn't too bad. But the big problem is that it is impossible to purchase any plastic refills. It uses proprietary "Eco-Plastic" that you cannot buy anywhere in the UK. The only way to get hold of this is to pay for the exorbitant shipping from the USA. Save your money and buy a different product that uses more universal plastic

My 2 3Doodler Create pens I bought in 2020 had the same problem: filaments (ABS and PLA) got jammed at the entrance of the head, without plastic clogged after, so I have to push manually the filament for it to "print".

Would give it zero stars if I could. Very disappointed in your product. This was a gift for my 13 year old and it didn't work to start with. It has clogged up & we have tried to get it to work but unfortunately was not successful. I hate that I spent this much money on a piece of junk.

I bought doodlers for each of my kids. It is very to use that they're busy playing with it instead of playing computer which I find good. I believe it will help them improve their imagination as they are able to build almost whatever they think.

This pen is garbage I used it once it worked ok but when I switched it to the other colors and put it on low I it got jammed l fortunately I fixed it after hours of hard work then used it again for about five minutes the put in the same color and then it got jammed again so I tried to fix it then the thing that pusses it off and I broke and now it won’t work because we can’t get the nozzle off because it’s stripped so I’ll say it again this pen is absolute garbage and is way to expensive don’t buy this item

Excellent customer service! My young son inadvertently modified (i.e., broke) the pen tip, and 3Doodler was super helpful in helping us to resolve the broken pen and get us back in action!

My son absolutely loves the kids pen, it’s been great for him to learn his colours, he made a rainbow and enjoyed getting creative! Very easy to use.

Great customer service. We recently rescued ours from the drawer to keeps our teens busy during stay from home. We had some small technical issues but the customer service team solved these fast and we’ve been loving the doodler since.
