I just want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at bnbleverage! Their guidance and support have totally changed the game for me and my family.
For years, I tried all sorts of business ventures, from drop-shipping to trading in the forex market. When I stumbled upon rental arbitrage, I did my homework and decided to jump in with bnbleverage. Honestly, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!
While I was looking into different “gurus” trying to teach me how to start with Airbnb, I noticed a few things. First, a lot of them were pretty shallow and didn’t offer much value. Second, many made big promises but didn’t deliver. And third, they claimed to have “the best communities,” but once I joined, there wasn’t really anything happening.
This is where bnbleverage really stands out. They pack so much value into their program right from day one! The knowledge I got just from watching their content was incredible. They don’t oversell anything; if anything, they go above and beyond, which is a game-changer for someone like me who didn’t know where to start. Plus, their online community is one of the best I’ve seen. From the very beginning, it was clear everyone was engaged, eager to learn, and ready to help each other out. Every day, the community is buzzing with interesting discussions and challenges, and everyone pitches in to find solutions.

Man, let me tell you that has to be one of the best decisions I have ever made.

While doing research on different “gurus”, attempting to teach you how you can get started with airbnb, I realized a few things. One, most are very shallow and do not provide much value what so ever. Two, a lot of them promise many things but do not deliver on anything that they say. Three, from personal experiences they offer “the best communities” and when you join there is barely any value being provided in those communities.

This is where bnbleverage creates the separation from everyone else in my opinion. One, they provide so much value in their program from day one ! The amount of knowledge that I received by just simply watching their content was unmatched. Two, they don't over promise, if anything they over deliver which is always a great thing specially for someone like me that has no idea what to do. Three, their online community is by far one of the best around. From day one, you can automatically tell that every one of their students is engaged, has learned a lot and is willing to help one another. Day in and day out, the community is filled with interesting topics and even problems that everyone is facing with their properties, the best part about it is that everyone comes together to find a solution.

Bnbleverage is more like a family, I have met the team and some of the students in person and the energy in the room is like none other. Their dedication to their students success is evident, they want you to succeed and find not one but many future properties. I can speak for myself, I have had questions or have needed help vetting a property late at night or at any given moment throughout the day and the team is always readily available to assist and make sure I understand.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is the first time that I feel like I am learning, that I am actually a part of something great, and that I am seeing results. My review comes from a very genuine place, I have struggled to find something that clicks over the years and after so much time and money spent, I can finally say that I found just that. If you are like me, you have tried what feels like everything and nothing seems to work, just give it a go.

This company charges you thousands of dollars for services that real estate agents typically provide for free, while also offering access to ineffective videos and a worthless Facebook group. Additionally, they try to persuade you to use their furnishing and design services, which come at nearly double the market price.

I have significant concerns regarding the reliability of this company. In my experience, they failed to deliver on multiple promises. Despite paying $8,000 for their program, the service provided was inadequate, and I was required to handle the majority of the work independently. Additionally, I incurred an extra $40,000 being forced to use their services for furnishing, which would have cost much less otherwise. This experience has been extremely taxing, both financially and personally. I strongly advise against engaging with this company.

I want to start by saying This Program Changed My Life!

Before Joining, I was a bit skeptical.

Mostly because I had Already Tried Doing Airbnb on My Own on 3 Separate Properties in Austin.

Unfortunately I didn’t know How to run an Airbnb Business Professionally and as a Result I lost a lot of $ and Time “fIgUrInG it oUt on my own”

When I Came across Bnb leverage or The1Percent I knew there was Key Pieces of the Airbnb Process I was missing if I wanted to be successful and Profitable in this Market.

What really pushed me over the fence about joining BNB leverage was the fact they were teaching how to get corporate leases on longer term type of deals as well as they had their team go out and furnish the properties for me.

After being in the group a few days I quickly realized that The Community, The Program and The BnB Team was Exactly what I needed to Get My Airbnb & Real Estate Investing Journey to a Professional and Profitable Level.

The Team helped me Secure 2 Properties for me to do Airbnb in and helped me furnish both places in a matter of days without me having to spend any time or headspace dealing with that which was honestly the hardest part about setting up my previous properties myself. What took me literally 3 - 5weeks of work furnishing my Austin Properties myself. The BNB team got it done in days.

Overall super pleased and blessed to be apart of a community like this that is there to support and make friends going through a similar journey

I don't usually leave reviews for anything, but I had to let people know about my experience with Phil Tran's team at BNB Leverage. Coming from a background as a personal trainer I know nothing about real estate and they gave me all the information I needed, but never too much to be overwhelming. The team was great, and helped me out even when I asked the same questions 20 times. I'm about six months in and will probably make my investment back before the end of the year! I think I'm almost ready to launch another but I am a very cautious person who likes to everything down to a tee before I make moves, but I'm anxious to scale this.

If you make this investment come in humble and make sure to use the team, as thats what youre really paying for. They have the knowledge so get your money's worth if you invest!

My experience with BNB leverage comes from my interaction with one of the co-founders - Phillip Tran -- and J mist say it was very professional! I can't imagine the volume of clientele he has, yet he doesn't just relegate my questions to be answered by his staff, he answered me personally. I felt heard, thereby making it easy for me to choose BNB Leverage. If they tell you they'll do something, they will do it. Integrity is a character that's lacking these days, so trusting them came naturally for me. Very honest, professional and transparent.

Genuinely amazing program. I’ve tried and wasted a ton of money joining other programs that claim to be “do it for you” but this is the one of the only ones that actually lived up to its promise. Incredibly knowledgeable staff who are very friendly and responsive and they’ve built a great community of like minded investors willing to help and support eachother through any number of scenarios. Considering how many programs are out there now I can’t recommend BnB Leverage enough.

I was one the first 10 students to join the program and after a couple years I’ve made around 100k in profit passively. I have properties in Denver and Phoenix that are managed completely by property managers. I just collect a check every month. Great community as well…Highly recommend!
