Dealing with flights for my parents is never an easy task and one I normally take on myself. They have very particular requests when it comes to their travel arrangements. Chartering the Jet, private car services and any accommodation along the way. For me, the need for everything to be done just right is everything.
From the moment I started talking with James he made me feel at ease. I explained in great detail what was required and he was very open an honest about what can an cannot be achieved with my timescale and budget.
My parents who were due in the UK for my brother's birthday could not speak more highly of James.
James actually met them as they walked off the plane to thank them for their custom and escorted them to the private car he had waiting for them.
