I was introduced to Darryl by an estate agent and straight away clicked with him.
he has been brilliant from start to finish i would defiantly recommend him to everyone.

Delighted with the service provided by Sam and his team. From the outset, Sam was accommodating—he arranged a Zoom call around our work schedules, even if it meant a late evening. He clearly explained the process and worked hard to find us the best rates.

We initially locked in a rate, but Sam continued tracking changes and managed to secure us lower rates whenever they dropped. Impressively, he even applied with a different lender at the final stages to make sure we got the best possible deal.

I identified that The Mortgage Hub and Paul Cobb were highly rated on Trustpilot having been let down by my previous broker so I got in touch. Despite having a good credit rating and a good income I was inexplicably struggling to find a product that was fit for my specific requirements. In the background, I was also having to fend off a belligerent lender as the term of my previous mortgage had expired. So, I am delighted to report that Paul came through for me in a very professional and timely manner. I can't praise Paul highly enough for his superlative efforts!

During an overly long and difficult home purchase, with every other point of contact being as difficult as possible, Paul got the mortgage sorted with no issues!

Exemplary service
This is the second time I've consulted with Paul on a mortgage. The first time round was straightforward. Second time round our process was very protracted, due to the interest rates spike, market instability and our personal parameters as a result. From first consultation with Paul in Nov 2021 it took 20 months before we were able to complete, with four failed chains.
A lesser mortgage broker would have bailed on us, given the work Paul did on our case far outweighed the commission he eventually received 20 months later, but Paul stuck with us and moreover, was endlessly helpful, professional and quick to respond. I now recommend his services to everyone I know who's thinking of moving.
