Dont bother. They dont even treat their long serving customers
Nit even 1 is for this cimpany.
The number of times ive had my appointment with no notice ive tirned uomp to the clinic for my hydtrafacial its the same excuse the persom is not in.
Being a regular for many years this is how they treat the maun customers.
I asked for a refund. Told they cant do that as manager is not in amd the staff are not authoriased.
I will get a cal i 7 days for refund.
I wont be returnibg again.

Our clinic is also always staffed during opening hours, there is always at least one team member present, so an appointment being cancelled without notice isn't something we recognise.
