The team make you feel so welcome and quite quickly, you become part of the family.
The events are always well planned and there is never a dull moment.
The venues are outstanding, you get to see parts not normally open to the public.
The vigils themselves are varied so it never gets boring. There is a mixture of modern tech, mediumship and the old ways too.

Myself and my partner Ben started attending investigations over a year ago with The Haunted Exchange and have never looked back. It’s safe to say, we’re incredibly grateful to be part of the team. Each investigation gets better and better. I highly recommend anyone to come and join us! I can’t recommend this paranormal investigation team highly enough. From start to finish, every evening is always professional, respectful, and incredibly engaging. The team are always knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely passionate about what they do, taking the time to explain equipment, history, and techniques clearly throughout the investigation. The atmosphere they all created is both calm and exciting, making everyone feel comfortable while still allowing the night to unfold naturally. Activity is always frequent and compelling, and the team handled every moment with integrity — never forcing experiences, just allowing things to happen as they should.
What truly stands out was how supportive and inclusive everyone is, ensuring everyone felt involved regardless of experience level. Every event is an unforgettable one.

We attended the investigations at Goodroch village hall last night. It was a really good experience. We had really good answers and alot of paranormal activity. Differently would do it again.

I've been out with a few teams but this team are by far the best. They are completely genuine and very experienced mediums so no matter what happens you are always kept safe. They also encourage you to participate if you wish, or you can simply observe...no pressure.
They are warm, friendly and very welcoming. If anyone goes on their own they will be made very welcome, not only by the team but by the regulars that go.
I love these guys, we refer to the team as a para family x

Went to Cannock chase and was blown away. For the price you get a lot of investigations and the guys are absolutely amazing. Turned a skeptical into a believer!

Russ, Andy and the whole team absolutely love what they do, and from the very first moment you are greeted as part of the team and can see their passion for the paranormal and they want to instantly share it with you, making you feel so welcome. You are included in everything, never made to feel left out and become part of the paranormal family instantly. They work so hard and are so professional, they have a very relaxed style, and you don't feel pushed or rushed into doing anything. I can't rate these highly enough! I can't wait to go on a LOT more!!

Russ, Andy and the whole team do an exceptional job of providing a truly wonderful experience from start to finish ensuring everyone is included and made to feel welcome. You can clearly tell they do it for the love and the enjoyment of what it brings to people. I would thoroughly recommend and honestly say the best out there at what they do.

I can highly recommend these guys for an excellent night out, iv been on many events and came away with some incredible experiences, the events are always well organised and iv met some really amazing people along the way, you will not be disappointed!!!
