I have purchased several Foldie bags. I have given them as gifts and used them for myself. I had a problem with the wet pocket. I plastic pulled away from the bag itself. I contacted Foldie and sent pictures. No questions asked. I had a brand new Foldie within days.
I highly recommend these bags.
I will be more conscious of the wet pocket moving forward.

Really like the 'bum' bag I purchased
Really like the 'bum' bag I purchased. It is just the right size and not bulky across your body. Could do with a left and right handed version though. If worn with the bag on your left, the zip locks at the bottom. Have to pull zips to top before opening.

I loved them so much
I loved them so much, I now have 4 different colors! I bought one of the insert cubes, but didn't have the same experience with it. The inside strap came apart from the cube. Otherwise, they're pretty nice and lightweight.

Fast delivery and excellent bag
This is now the bag I take everywhere with me. It is lightweight and seems well made. I haven’t folded it but when not much in it compresses flat.
It has lots of good compartments to store things such as keys and mobile phone with enough space in the main part for a small water bottle.
It also has security features such as lockable compartment and strong so good to take in n busy places.
I would have no hesitation in buying any of their other products.

Poor quality and do t order if you want to refund
Like another event reviewer, I’m urging you to order products from this company with caution as if you need to seek a refund if you are unhappy with your item or if it is faulty is a lengthy process requiring you to send a videos! I’ve been trying for weeks g for weeks but I’ve still not received my refund. In my experience, are other companies available that have better customer protection in place and supply, better more secure product with tougher more robust fabrics and zip fastenings. The bags are poor quality.

Buyer Beware!. I’m afraid my experience was not a good…
I’m afraid my experience was not a good one ordering a Foldie bag.
The website said Foldie UK and all correspondence was to a UK email address, but it turns out they are an American company
When I received my bags they were not what I expected so I decided to return them.
When I contacted the company in “UK” it turned out that returns had to be sent to the US. Something not stated on the website. The company offered me a 50% refund and I keep the bags which didn’t seem fair, but if I posted them back with post and duty it was going to cost more than half the value of the bags.
I feel they are misleading in their marketing.

Enough room
Enough room, just used it on a quick hop, but the real test will be this summer when we pack it up for a week trip to Chicago and a overseas flight to Italy, looking forward to see how it handles the wife's tablet, sweater, blankie and water bottle along with her other essential flying gear. I like the tag along crossbody myself for the access to the wallet and phone and room for the earbuds.

Poor quality stitching
Received the foldie bag as a gift from a friend who knows how much I love to travel. The bag looked great and I was so excited when I finally got to use it a couple months later, but after just one trip the shoulder strap stitching came undone. I tried to get it replaced under the warranty, but since it was a gift I didn’t have all the order info And was denied. Super bummed!

I have several foldie products as I really like the brand. Unfortunately 2 of the rucksacks stitching came away. However, the customer service department was excellent and these were replaced so swiftly.

Very satisfied with the product is exactly as they said.
I had been seeing their adds over my network, FB etc and kept watching the add. As I travel o/seas from time to time I thought I would buy 2 for one Foldie Bags. I was most impressed when they arrived. I have now gifted my daughter one. I am now puchasing 2 of their cross body shoulder bags, one for me personally and another for 1 of my grand daughters. I love these bags!!
I love these bags!!! I have bought them last year and recently for myself, my children and grandchildren and they all love them. Particularly because of the great range of colours available. We have used them both here and overseas and they are so good, that you don’t need any other luggage!
We have the Travel bag with the extension at the base; the small Crossover bag for our valuables and I have just bought the Sling shoulder bag.
All these bags are well made, strong and also designed to look good!
