Brilliant all round

Ordered from here, had a slight issue which was resolved very promptly and professionally. The staff and the main man are so polite and seem to go to all lengths to help the best they can. Will definitely use this company in the future and will guide friends and family to do the same. Your left alone to try their products at your own pace.. they don't rush you into any choice. They are very informative and knowledgeable on their products. (Halifax shop) Thankyou

Sweet Dreams Guaranteed!

Recently went down to The Factory Shop for a bed & mattress… Staff helped me choose the perfect size & type of mattress for my needs - the memory foam option they recommended was spot on. It was affordably priced making it well worth the investment! Highly recommend this shop hence the reason for 5 stars as they’re now my go-to place for any sort of bedroom furniture …
