We were recommended to contact Eurogroup by our friends who have moved with them a few times. They called me straight away after I emailed to request a quote. Jordan met us for the survey the next day and talked us through all our questions and explained the process very clearly about customs documentation, difficult access at the apartment in Italy. We felt very comfortable knowing they would handle the whole move from England to Italy, even using their own vans in Italy to get to our address from the larger truck. We originally asked for a direct service because we have a lot of furniture, but Jordan helped us understand their shared vehicle service to reduce the cost without too much of a delay between collection and delivery with weekly trips to Italy. We received our belongings within 8 days of it being collected and the crew unpacked everything, were very polite and went above and beyond to make sure we were all settled in. I definitely recommend to anyone moving.

Smashed artworks, sofa bed in car park, all 'under review'!
Eurogroup were appointed as UK destination agent by International Van Lines of the USA for a household move from Texas to the UK. This consisted of the complete contents of a substantial five-bedroom house in Texas, moving to a similarly sizeable house here. There were a substantial number of delicate and/or high-value items.
Because of a property purchase falling through, an initially unplanned period of storage from June 2025 until April 2026 took place in Eurogroup's facilities in the UK. Eurogroup invoiced me and were paid for this directly.
Delivery in the UK in April 2026 became an ordeal for us. IVL had clearly packed some items poorly, leading to delicate items of art being mixed in boxes with heavy items and thereby broken. Asset labels had not been initially applied, or had fallen off in transit, and this resulted in a scheduled two days of delivery turning into three because many items could not be located in the warehouse. My beef with Eurogroup in respect of the packing and labelling is that none of this stopped Eurogroup putting my goods into their warehouse and charging me a lot of money to do it. Some of the poor packing and labelling was very obvious externally, for example boxes were delivered crushed and some items unwrapped. How did Eurogroup know they had received everything from the marine shipper, did they even check?
The situation with bulky items of furniture was especially insulting. IVL had broken many of these down into parts, and these were not well-labelled on the export packaging, making it difficult to determine what went with what during reassembly. Some high-finish items, e.g. wardrobe and desk parts, had not been export-wrapped at all. Fixtures and fittings had also not been well segregated, and some remain missing – e.g. I have an Indonesian sideboard without any knobs on the doors.
A major-brand US sofa-bed is currently sitting in our UK car park: it was delivered broken, we refused to accept it, and Eurogroup, IVL's agent, refused to remove it. A major-brand US motorised standing desk is currently in pieces around our house: it was dismantled by IVL in Texas, parts of it were delivered unwrapped, and Eurogroup, IVL's agent, refused to reassemble it as 'not in their contract'.
Our four poster bed, which has very few parts to it, was not reassembled because somebody had written on the export packing in marker pen '1 pice broken' [sic], although it started the journey unbroken and no damage was recorded in any documentation that I signed.
Two framed works of art were knocked over and broken by Eurogroup's subcontractor crew (Astra Removals), and even three weeks after this happened the matter remains 'under review' by Eurogroup's 'Co-Managing Director', along with any and all other actions to make us whole for what happened.
After the damage was identified, IVL telephoned us, for the first time, to demand an additional USD 15,000 retrospective storage-in-transit insurance fee.
We are now living in a house full of chunks of furniture we can't identify or move, because they are so heavy, interspersed with boxes of our belongings we are unpacking very slowly because we dread what we will find, and need to carefully photograph the damage as we go.
This company has a lot of good reviews, but I would observe that the mark of a truly well-run company is how it reacts when things go wrong, and an international removal has a lot of moving parts to go wrong.
In this case the outcome is disastrous for us, but Eurogroup seems content to shuffle blame across the Atlantic and endlessly review what they are probably not going to do about it.

Moving from London to New York
We used Eurogroup for our move from Kensington to New York. The entire experience was exceptional. Every question I had was answered quickly and clearly, which immediately set the tone for how I expected our move to go. A special mention goes to Jordan, who looked after us throughout the entire process from our initial phone call, throughout quoting, packing and delivery. Everything ran like clockwork. The crew on the day were outstanding and Simon was amazing. Very efficient and careful with packing up our home, and they even built a den out of boxes to keep my kids entertained. Delay in receiving our shipment was unacceptable
Delay in receiving our shipment was unacceptable. Our shipment was held at Eurogroup's storage facility as leverage until Goodshore Shipping ( Bahrain) finally made payment to Eurogroup. When we eventually received our shipment the amount of breakages we had was intolerable! The high level of breakages can only be attributed to the lack of care when unloading the container into your warehouse and then reloading on to a truck for delivery to our house. We are angry and we will persue the matter further,

Would NOT recommend to anyone
Would NOT recommend to anyone. We used Eurogroup to manage our delivery from Dubai to the UK. They forced us to pay for shuttle service and refusing to deliver unless this was paid on the spot. Claimed that the container cannot be delivered to our address because of access despite the fact that the exact same size container accessed and packed our furniture 2 years go from the same location and we showed them the pictures. The roads have not gotten smaller either. The lack of a customer centric approach was shocking. We can live with the delay, however even leading up to it, we were given no choice over the delivery date. Container was due in the port on Thursday at 10pm, customs clearance on Friday, Eurogroup don't deliver on weekends, and so we were forced to accept Monday or pay a daily storage fee (they only allow 5 days free). WOW. So they class 10pm on Thursday as 1 day and then they have the cheek to class 2 days on the weekend when they don't deliver as another 2 days. You wait months for your container, delay after delay and this is the approach they take. They will blame every sub-contractor under the sun for this but won't take any responsibility or absorb even some of the cost instead of passing it onto the customer. The whole thing felt dodgy. Manager didn't call back despite raising concerns. . We should have used the same company we used to go to Dubai but chose price over service. Our fault. I suggest to contact Faizan at BTR International instead. They were brilliant and take proper ownership with a customer first approach.

We moved from Los Angeles to Wales, although it was a four month wait, everything did arrive safe and sound.
Mo Morris was great at keeping us up to date with any delays, and custom clearance. I would highly recommend them.

Ignored specific delivery instructions and got a third party to deliver it!
On three separate occasions the company ignored and refused to acknowledge our specific delivery information that the destination was along a narrow lane. They commandeered a random man in a pick-up to deliver it to the location and told to me that they think that is adequate because they fulfilled the terms of the contract.

Smooth International Move
Eurogroup handled the UK delivery of my international move. Communication was really good. They let me know about shipping delays, and how long to expect delivery after the ship arrived in port. The delivery people arrived early, set up quickly, and brought almost 60 boxes up two flights of stairs (sorry guys). Very happy with everyone's work.

We did two moves with Eurogroup: the UK end of a move from the US, and a subsequent move within the UK. The crews on the day were great: hard-working, cheerful and helpful. Everything arrived intact and got placed in the right rooms, even with a few last minute changes.
I knocked one star off for some communication issues. I send several emails which never received an answer, and in addition the parking arrangements were not made correctly. For the first move, only one space (large enough for an ordinary car) was reserved, in the second, no parking was arranged at all.
