Amazing company
Amazing company, their website was sold out for the boots I wanted. After reaching out through their socials, they went out of their way to find my size in one of their shops in Spain and shipped them to me in Paris ! The boots are amazing, beautiful and great quality and the customer service is really to be recognised.
So thanks again to whoever is admin of their insta and found myself the shoes

The shoes, loved by my daughter and previously bought bought in he Uk were not available in the required size this year from the same site. I was a little apprehensive ordering directly from Spain but all went well. Good and clear communication from The Art Company. The shoes look fine. Thank you

The delivery was a disaster but great boots
The delivery was a disaster, I payed for a home delivery for nov 15 th and ups deposited the parcel nov 13th 2 days before the scheduled home delivery at NST phone a pick up place without sending me any message. I found out of the changed plans only when my package wasn’t delivered . Moreover the schedule of the open hours of NST phone doesn’t match the reality therefore I had to come back, to pick up my parcel! Beside that I love my boots they are perfect !

It is very easy to order from the online shop, they regularly inform about the status of the shipment by email, the delivery is extremely fast, the packaging is very good, the ankle boots I have just ordered are phenomenal.
