They are the worst scammers i have ever seen. Plus they will steal most information from your clients.

Awful service. A lot of downtimes, always same excuses like updates, updates, updates. At least i am sure there a bigger problems in the server structure which cause these errors. Within the last 30 days we had around 7 hours offline time an very often very slow online time. Absolutely not recommendable...

I see many people got scammed by these guys, i shall read first reviews before i buy new hosting :D

SCAM:You buy and they suspend it in a few days, no money back nothing, BE CAREFUL

After trying GoDaddy, I got tired of my site being so slow, a friend recommended THCServers.
They're not the cheapest, but definitely way better than I ever had so far.

Bad service. Website down for several days because their servers had an attack.

They were good once, but now they are just shi*ty service, my website is down for 48 hours now and they didnt even care about it. their customer Service is also bad, they dont respond to you. Worst you can get, better take hosting from a reputed company. This company is already destroyed.

All good until you suspend the account. Even if they tell you unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth, it's not true. It's good for them if you buy it but do not use it.

I have made e previous review for THC Servers, 1 year ago. At that time I had hosting with them for 2-3 months and was satisfied with them. After more than 1 year with them, I am as satisfied as ever. I had no problem whatsoever with my account, my webpage is loading fast, I had no downtime. Every time I needed to install a script or an app, the support team helped me without hesitation (I am a bit of a beginner in this kind of stuff). So thumbs up THC team! If everything is working like it has been for now, next year, I will submit another good review for you! :)

EDIT: So they said someone was DDOSing the server i was on and offered to move my account to a different server. Now my site is loading normally and no issues. I am changing my review to full stars because in the past whenever a hosting company went bad, they wouldn't even acknowledge something was wrong and i had to move to a different company. But THCservers actually listened and said there is a problem.

Now let's hope they stay this way for the rest of my term with them lol. But i am pretty pleased right now

I was on their monthly plan for several months and everything was okay. Decided to upgrade to a yearly this month and now it's a miracle if my site even opens up.

Right at this moment, i am downloading files so i could move them to another host and i can't even do that!. The server goes down after 15 minutes then comes back then goes down.

Even when it is online, it is so slow that you give up on it loading at all. My traffic has taken a dive because my site is so slow, no wonder my rankings are suffering.

I am so fedup of this that i am going to open up a paypal dispute and ask for my money back. I don't know anything about their customer service, i don't want to bother with that crap.

Stay away, you will get migraine from dealing with this horrible hosting provider.

I have been using their hosting since the last 6 months and never had any problems with them. Overall they are a good host and their uptimes were great.

However, I was shocked one day when I got an email saying my hosting account has been suspended. When inquiring about why was it suspended, they kept on changing the reasons.

Let's go through the events of the day.

1. I get an email saying my account is suspended, with reason "Suspension Reason: site is serving up redirection links to spam or malware."

2. I contact support.

3. They say they need my documents for ICANN registration. ICANN registration is for domains so I asked them, why do they need it when I have not purchased any domain from them?

4. They realize that they made a wrong reason, then they change their reason and say I am doing "spam".

5. I posted reviews about them everywhere. They panic and reply to me.

6. While I was talking to the support, I even changed the nameservers of that domain to point to another IP address and not their hosting, which means that whatever was going on from that domain will not happen any more. But they were still not willing to reactivate it.

7. I was even ready to pull down that site and just remove all the files.

8. Then they ask me to remove all bad reviews and they will give me the backup.

9. When I refused to remove the bad reviews posted by them, they then change their reason and accuse of being involved in hacking.

Being a hosting company, they need to understand that WordPress comes with a lot of plugins and themes. Although most of them are secured, there can be some which might be a rogue one and do the spamming/malware or whatever it is.

Keeping this aside, I even told them that they can just remove that site, delete all the files if they want. Still they were just sticking to their demand that they want my address and ID proof documents.

Had they demanded it in a better way, I would have been happy to provide them that, however they kept changing their "reason for suspension" which made me feel that something is wrong. They even were saying at some point that there was something going on from some Russian IP address, they have still not given that as well, all they are saying is that I am a hacker and I am this and I am that.

I am a full time web developer and I create websites for people across the world for a living. Had I been a hacker or some sort of rogue person, I wouldn't have even bothered about the suspension and moved on to some other host.

Inspite of all this, they still just need my documents, nothing else, which makes me believe that there is something else going on behind the scenes.

I don't care for the hosting now. I have moved on to some other host since I am not going to waste my time. But I would still continue to review about them coz I have PAID for their service and I have every right to review it, and also that no other innocent person has to face the situation like I had to face.

Been with a few cheap webhosting companies so far until I came across THCServers. Best one so far! Different packages all with cPanel and from the cPanel you can install lots of programs ( I really meant when i said LOTS) . All programs are 1 2 clicks install and if you have any problem/question support is always there to help you out. Thank you guys, you are the best

I recently got a web hosting plan with THC SERVERS mainly because my previous host didn't have a firewall and my website was hacked 3 times and also it was loading slow.

Now I am happy to see that my website is loading faster, but what I was surprised of was their support which helped me install and configure a rather complicated ( for me ) WordPress plugin even tho I got one their smallest plan.

Just want to let you know the support I have received has been fantastic! I believe I met the entire team and each one has been courteous and extremely knowledgeable . When I was selecting a web host, I knew I would need support which is why I selected THCServers. My most recent encounter was with Andrew. He helped me through a database error very very fast. Also, a very strog reason for choosing THCServers was that they offer unlimited mysql databases on every plan, even php.ini modifications that i can made by myself within my cPanel account. Overall, i think i made the best choice and i won't leave THC very soon.

A few weeks ago, i decided to leave my old hosting provider and look up for a new one.I chose THCServers and all i can say is i am more than happy that i am their customer. Until now, i didn't have any downtime, their Live Chat agents are A+ and also ( the best plus, in my opinion, they offer free migration ). Overall, THCServers is a good and a reliable hosting company which i strongly recommend.

I had a terrible time with THC Servers.

One day, out of the blue they simply deleted my account, all my files and emails. I was only a few months into a 12 month paid-in-advance package.

When I complained they were totally unrepentant.

It turns out their reason was a couple of people complained about my site on a third party forum. That, a little customer dissatisfaction, was enough for them to delete everything without even contacting me.

It's scary to think they would delete an entire account, paid for in advance, because a negative review.

Never experienced so good servers to that price before. It's so cheap and you get a sick amount of memory, FTP accounts, sub domains and a lot more. You cant run huge sites on them, though. But smaller sites are perfects

The hosting support is excellent and the web hosting service is outstanding ... no downtime and high access time for the websites

Great hosting service. Been with this company for about 7 months and they are great. never have had any downtime and the support is wonderful, they helped me not only on hosting related problems but with script (coding) problems too.
