I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
I purchased the larger picture with a frame. It's absolutely beautiful. I'm very pleased. The packing of the framed picture was very good. The shipping was good. I was notified of the upcoming delivery. The only suggestion I have (and I may have missed this step) is to have the opportunity to see a preview before purchasing the picture. Overall, I am very pleased.

The framed poster I purchased was absolutely beautiful! Everything was perfect! It commemorated the night sky as it was the evening I met the love of my life ... a gorgeous moon and stars. It was a wonderful Valentine's Day gift. The order came quickly and was packaged well.

Ordered a picture with a frame
Ordered a picture with a frame. I contacted the company about when the item would be delivered. I was told an email with tracking info would be sent. Well I receive a package and I told my fiance to open since I was waiting for an item to arrive. Low and behold its the picture and frame which was going to be a surprise, but they sent it with no tracking info and the box was partially opened. I contacted the company and they called me a liar and said they sent a tracking #. Not sure who they sent the tracking # to but it wasn't in any of my folders. Definitely would not recommend this company, and it's terrible customer service. Update: I never stated in any email that I was very happy with the print, I'm not home to even see it. I only talked about the tracking #. I love when a company states something that never happened. So I'm sticking with my review but would give zero stars if I could.

Firstly i'd like to mention that we are happy that you stated in your emails to us that your print/frame order is as you designed and that you were very happy with this.
As per our emails, it is again disappointing to read that you have accused us of claiming you are a liar. We in no way have used this word or claimed you to be one.
Our customer service team replied to your emails immediately and we have explained that sometimes dispatch emails are directed to junk or spam folders. Again, we can only empathise with you that your surprise for your girlfriend was not as you planned. However, we can not be accounted for in the opening of your parcels that you instruct your fiance to open.

Double check for errors
Great site ! Easy to use and order from ! However, I did not receive confirmation that my order or monies had been received. It took me emailing to get a confirmation.I would correct that. Also, strictly my fault on an omission of a word in the title ! I do wish I had of noticed or have been caught on your end . A lot of $ for a mistake in the title !

Ordered a personalized print. I modified it within an hour and received a correct confirmation. They sent the wrong one. They are claiming they did not receive the corrected version, but I have the written confirmation from them! Customer service is awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
