This company have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I ordered 4 dresses and they were of poor quality or unsuitable and so I returned them all within the allocated time of two weeks. Their UK website states that they will issue a refund if items are returned within 2 weeks. Their return process asks you to pay for return postage and they then automatically issue with a gift voucher ! When I emailed them with the tracking information to advise that the items had been returned and I wanted a refund (which I am entitled to), they stop responding to emails and go quiet on communication. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Very unsatisfied. Purchased two shirts for my grandaughter but due to the size chart not being true, items were too big. I didn't want a refund, I simple just wanted to exchange for a smaller size, but they would not let me because items were final sale. I can understand no refund on a final sale, but not being able to do a even size exchange is not the way to treat a returning customer. Now, not am I only out of money, Im stuck with two shirts that cannot be worn. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a dress 10 days before an event, it said it would arrive in 4-7 business days, it then arrived after 12 days, quality is shocking, and when I go to return it they won’t give me a refund only store credit and I have to pay £5.99 to return it. Absolutely will not be buying from here again. Shocking experience

I am still waiting for my money back a lady named Rebecca that keeps emailing me back refuses to allow me to speak to a higher up or Manager to try to get my money back. She just keeps replying whenever she feels like it ignoring the emails that I reply back, asking for my money back over and over again she refuses to do the right thing and is playing games with my order not professional at all. I’m a customer here and she’s completely ignoring the fact that I’m the customer and I own a business and I will never do this to someone that’s buying something for me. I would absolutely make it right for the customer and I will continue to send emails till I get my money back Rebecca.
My first time ordering from thats so fetch and one of the dresses came damaged. It was the last one in store and it was disappointing, but it happens. I contacted them and showed them photos and they were so quick and thorough to reply and offered to send another dress. I accepted, although it had to be a different colour, but I was very satisfied with how they handled things. Their customer service is incredible. And the other dresses I received were stunning, even the damaged one, just unfortunate. Thank you!

I used to love thats so fetch, they used to have good customer service too and good quality products looks like that’s all changed I never used to have a problem with them but it looks like they’ve updated the return policy as well from the last time I had shopped with them! Be careful they refuse to give refunds even though it’s illegal ! I had contacted them to return a dress that was even within the returns timeframe as I had purchased another dress from them that was going to be more suitable for the event and they turned around and said that they “don’t do refunds”. Just be careful as they’re going to make it really difficult for you ! Just contact your bank and they will do a dispute for you, they think their own policy overrides the law…

My order was taking longer than I expected to leave the warehouse, and I was hoping it’d come before my holiday. I explained my situation to their customer service team, Rebecca, who assisted me asap, upgraded my delivery service, my order was sent out the same day and arrived the following business day. She was so helpful and ensured everything was taken care of.

Great quality clothes and a great team. The team at Thats So Fetch ensured I got the correct size of my dress in time for my hens night, despite it being out of stock on their website. They kindly got it from the supplier itself and express posted it to me. The dress fits perfectly. A huge THANK YOU to Bec, Krystal and the team for helping me. It’s a shame because I used to like purchasing going out dresses from your company years ago, back when materials were thicker, lined and cut to be flattering. Now fabric is cheap, thin, unlined half the time, fits poorly and almost feels like a dollar store costume when you put it on. I’m referring specifically to some of your sequin dresses and two piece sets. I’m just not going to bother anymore sorry. It’s SHEIN clothing at a premium price point and not worth it.

So I ordered some dresses and swimsuit for my holiday unfortunately my package was placed in the bin and the bin was emptied so didn’t receive my swimsuit, Maf was amazing replied to my email straight away and sent me a new order and I love both my dresses and swimsuit thank you Maf for helping me

I was really impressed with the customer service. There was an issue with the returns label/QR code not working so I had to ship the parcel myself however the customer service team were really helpful with assisting me and made sure I received my refund in the end.

If you do purchase and realise how poor the quality of their garments is (honestly worse than Shein), good luck receiving any communication regarding your return. You pay your hard-earned money, return the item, and then they completely ghost you.
No store credit. No update. Nothing.
I have submitted at least five contact enquiries, despite their website claiming they respond within 24 hours. It has now been three months, and I have not received a single response.
Extremely disappointing. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Oh and if anyone from That’s So Fetch reads this, your “online chat” icon does not work. Very smart - now you definitely don’t need to help anyone.

Rebecca immediately contact warehouse to alerther team to be on the lookout for this package and set them correct shipping label so they can get to the destination in which it was supposed to. After speaking with Rebecca, she put me at ease and assured me.Once the package was found that it would be sent to the right location. I am so grateful for her help , which put me at ease. At first customer service was really good, before I purchased anything. After I made a purchase the clothing did not come as expected, very cheap materials and sizes vary even though it was all the same size. Looking at the measuring chart, it's hard to understand and size around. None of the pants are tall girl friendly and I'm only 5'4. They hit my ankles, I got 2 pairs of skinny jeans, 1 oversized and 1 pair of slacks. The slacks didn't even fit over my thighs. I'm a size 9 and got size 10. The slacks are the only ones that didn't fit. Despite all that, the zipper on all of them broke upon zipping... They're extremely fragile and now prevents me from wearing the jeans anyway.
I relayed this in an email with my order number and everything, haven't heard back yet. The clothing is DESIGNED in Australia but made in China... If that was made more transparent I wouldn't have bothered buying these clothes in the first place. Do better Australia.
I purchased a dress. Came thin, shriveled up, wrinkly, horrible quality, cheap, with loose threads. They charge you to ship a return and then only allow exchanges or store credit? Disappointing brand & experience.

Awful experience from the start . Placed my order on the 16th of December for 3 dresses I paid £153.96 including £12 express delivery. They split this into to deliveries. The first never arrived, I sent 4 emails before getting a reply and had to continually chase, eventually i received a refund for the missing dress in the order the second part of the order with two dresses arrived 10 days after my order was placed, I explained the event I wanted the dresses for had past and I would like to return for a refund. I have again had to sent countless emails that have basic replies, it doesn't feel like my emails are actually being read properly. I was told I had to return the items for store credit then email them if I wanted I refund, I tried to do this and it wants to credit me the sale price of £65.34 I paid £95.98 and I want the £12 back on the express shipping I never received! I'm still getting no where. I have sent more emails that explain my issue but no one is answering my question on how to get the money back I paid. Would absolutely not buy from the seller again, hoping to actually get a resolution soon!

I brought £204 of orders 3 dresses
I tried all 3 for a works Xmas party, they didn’t fit sizing was odd with all 3
So I paid £3.99 twice for a return label as I never got the first label
The have only refunded 2 out of the 3 dresses they are saying the third was worn and washed I only had the order 2 days it was returned straight away as £204 is a lot of money! This side of Xmas
So I’m out of pocket by £59.99 pulse 2 return labels £3.99 each over an untrue opinion
The dress was returned int he bag with tags still on!
Do not order from this company
They don’t want to refund
They lie to charge you for items you have returned
I’m £68 out of pocket

Terrible!!! Clothes are completely different from the model pics. Delivery is an absolute joke! I still havent received one of my dresses after 3 weeks, customer service are useless all they do is send the same bloody link to track it but nothing changes! When you want to return an item it takes over £20 off the product!!! which is absolutely ridiculous!!! Dont waste your time with this company.
