Mixed bag.
Prices were good, replied to my emails and helped update my order when I used the wrong email address. However it took over 2 weeks to receive my order which is longer than orders I've had shipped from China. I was refunded 40p for and item that I paid 45p for. And there was a can of Dr pepper cherry and vanilla missing from my order. Due to the time it took to get my order I didn't bother contacting them over the can of pop.

If I could give this 0 stars I would have. My son placed an order shortly before Christmas. When I chased up in January, I was told there had been a 15 day delay due to someone in packing having Covid (last time i checked isolation was 10 days). 2 days later, I was told that some items were not available so had been refunded. I tried to cancel the entire order, but was told it had been dispatched before that email was sent. It took a further 10 days for the parcel to arrive, missing the birthday party for which it was intended. Correspondence from the shop was rude and inconsiderate, and insisted that I was due to pay the postage if I chose to return, making it not worth it. These people are only interested in making money from overpriced sweets, and couldn't care less about customer service and repeat custom...

I didn't recieve my order, all I have recieved refund wise for my order is £1. Still waiting for a response from them and my full refund.

Diabolical customer service
Ordered a £50 mystery box on the 22nd December and still not received and I paid next day delivery! I’ve emailed and text numerous times and only received one response saying that the person was away at the minute and to provide my email address. Never heard back. Terrible customer service. They need to stop offering next day delivery when they can’t give that service. Read loads of comments on here of problems similar to mine and all I see from the business is excuses. I’m not happy at all. I’ve spent a lot of money and don’t feel like the company have the decency to reassure me ill be receiving my order! No apology either

**Edit…I’ve just had update to say it’s been dispatched….will give more stars when arrives*****I’m still waiting on my order ! I’ve tried email, text and messenger to try and find out when my order will be delivered. I’m a single mum to a severe autistic child, who has only asked for these sweets….which was a miracle as he never wants anything ! Two boxes at just under £80 is a lot of money to some ! Very disappointed at the lack of communication, I will be taking this up with trading standards and my bank to withdraw my money if not resolved today.
