Romeo and the aliens
I first found out about that dog when they were on Etsy and offered themed boxes ! My dog romeo absolutely loved the theme out of this world The aliens were his favourite toys ! I was upset to see that they were not on Etsy anymore so after a bit of research I managed to find there website and contacted them to see if they had any more aliens! I spoke to Beatrice via email Who was very helpful and found me some of the alien toys that Romeo once loved ! I have a very happy dog ! i’m so pleased to see they have a website and I will be sure to purchase from them in the future what a lovely small business

I took a chance on this family run…
I took a chance on this family run business and I never been so pleasantly surprised. They dispatched my order within hours of purchasing, and when it arrived 2 days later not only was it perfect but they’d included a matching lead for my puppy’s harness. I emailed them to say thank you and they replied the same day! I would 110% recommend and I will be ordering from them again as I’m sure she’ll grow quickly!

This was my first experience purchasing from That Dog. My order was promptly received, but, unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size harness and had to return it for a larger size, which wasn't an issue for them. I found the customer service excellent and would highly recommend.
