FOXES.
I cancelled my order after few minutes because the Thailand arrival card is totally free, asking for a refund never arrived for 3 days.
Finally after 3 days they sent me the digital card which i didn't wanted, with a link in their email for customer service directet to nothing.

Misleading website charging €100+ for a free Thai government service

They probably paid for the other reviews.

This website is highly misleading and charges excessive fees for a service that is officially free.
We used this site to apply for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), which we later discovered is provided free of charge by the Thai government.

The website is designed to look like an official government portal, which led us to believe we were using the correct service.

We were charged €55 per person, which is already unreasonable for submitting a free form. Even worse, a few days later an additional €43 per person was charged without any clear reason or authorization.

We contacted them by email and multiple times via WhatsApp, but after more than two weeks there has been no response and no refund.

This is not a transparent service — it is a misleading and overpriced intermediary that takes advantage of travelers.
Be very careful and use the official (free) TDAC website instead.

Scammers?

Hey everyone, you shouldn't use this site. The Thailand travel card is free and you can get it EASILY from the Thai immigration website for FREE. Same process, no payment, travel card directly in my mailbox, not like the +€50 on this site. Hope this helps!
