I have never seen more incompetence in an insurance company. One person does not no what the other person is doing. Very poor communication between employees. Never sent my check back!

I believe I spoke with Pedro and he was very helpful and polite. We talked for several minutes and explained what might be happening with my insurance company. We weren't members with TGS but Pedro was able to direct my calls and concerns with the correct company. He said he would work some quotes up while I contacted the correct people. I called Pedro back and let him know I would be switching over to TGS and he walked me through the process quickly within a few minutes. Everything was handled over the phone w/out issues.

Not Recommending
After an extensive wait, I was told a policy that could be issued the next day after I reviewed everything which was to be sent via email after the call and I was supposed to get a call an hour later. The documents received were not as expected/and immediately indicating I did want that policy to go in effect. No responses for days, a charge made that needs to be removed and repeated follow up.
