Had to send multiple emails to even get a returns slip (the page online where it was meant to appear just had an error message). Item was finally returned and I have still not received a refund 6 weeks later. Have sent multiple emails about this too but no joy. I even at one point had someone send me a notification telling me my case had been "resolved" even though nothing had changed... Nul points for customer service.

Whatever you do - DO NOT buy anything from this brand!
I made a purchase in January, returned my items 2 months ago and am still waiting for my £140 refund.
Not only does no one answer customer service e-mails (7 sent in 2 months!), the online chat staff have no idea what is going on and are unable to find the tracking detail for a return THEY organised. I had to do all the work for them to connect the dots of the order number + return number + tracking number despite it all being on the system. Not sure if there is actually any staff behind the scenes? Absolute catastrophe of a brand. I should have looked at their trust pilot reviews (absolutely shameful) before committing to an online purchase. STAY AWAY, PROTECT YOUR MONEY AND PROTECT YOUR TIME!
UPDATE: STILL NOTHING HAS MOVED FORWARD SINCE THE BELOW MESSAGE FROM TEZENIS - THIS IS JUST FOR SHOW AND NO REAL ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN!
UPDATE: IT TOOK ME POSTING THE ABOVE ON 10 FABEBOOK POSTS AND 10 INSAGRAM POSTS TO GET TEZENEIS TO FINALLY 'CARE' ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FINALLY GET MY REFUND.

REVIEW ON MARCH 3: I ordered an item for a friend's birthday in November which has been delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the courier and they told me that that's the address they received from Tezenis and that I should get in touch with them. I emailed the customer service and included an order confirmation email they sent me (in which my correct address is visible) and an email confirming that my parcel was shipped (in which the wrong address is visible - how they got this address is beyond me as I literally know only my address). I got an automated response and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait patiently for them to contact me. 4 months later, I still haven't received a proper reply. Every time I send an email, I get an automated response. I tried using the chat on their website but as soon as it's supposed to be my turn to chat to an agent, it stops working and shows a message saying to email them. I sent them a message on Instagram and after a month finally someone replied asking for my email so that they can check the order. I gave them all the details and never heard back. That was a month ago. I messaged twice since then asking if anyone is going to reply and every time they leave me on seen (honestly, I'm starting to feel like a clingy ex-girlfriend who won't take a hint). I've always been polite and patient in my messages because I understand that times are crazy, they are probably extremely busy and the person who's reading my messages most likely isn't the person who messed up my order and doesn't deserve my anger. However, this whole situation is getting more and more frustrating and I'm losing hope that anyone will ever contact me so I decided to write this review and hopefully make anyone reading rethink ordering from Tezenis.
I've been a loyal customer and never had any problems with them before. This was my first time ordering online from them and it's most definitely going to be my last. I'm not stepping foot in their stores ever again either, out of principle. This was by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had.
To anyone thinking about buying their stuff - it's not worth it.
EDIT ON MAY 3: A couple of days after I wrote this review I managed to get in touch with the Customer service via Facebook. The person was very kind and responsive and they said they will open an investigation with the courier and notify me when it’s over and that they will probably proceed with the refund considering how long I’ve been waiting. It seemed like this would finally be sorted but it’s been almost two months and no one has contacted me yet nor was I given a refund. I messaged on Facebook again today and again the person responded quickly. They said they have sent me an email on March 22 which I was supposed to read and approve the investigation but because I didn’t reply to them they didn’t do anything yet. I have not received any email - I checked all my emails, inboxes, spam folder, even the bin folder. Nothing. They now said that they’ll send me the email again and that the investigation should be concluded within the next couple of weeks. I really hope this will finally be over but I’m not holding my breath. Also, whoever commented on this review saying they’ll get in touch, they didn't. I have to say that if you need to get in touch with the Customer service, your best bet is via Facebook. They are really responsive there and seem to at least offer some kind of explanation.
EDIT ON MAY 12: I finally received my refund yesterday. It only took about 5 months.

Terrible experience with Tezenis. I could hardly place my order, then as their website did not work properly, it took me 3 weeks to arrange my return. I successfully returned the products after all, but I have not received my money back. It was in last October. I contacted customer service 20x, and basically no answer, just the automatic message. I tried the chat function as well, also fake. I do not recommend to order from their website. Or just be prepared, that if you return anything, there is a big chance you do not get your money back.

Initially my order with Tezenis was a disaster, took over a month to arrive and when it did arrive, all ten pairs of size small underwear were completely different sizes, some up to 7cm bigger?!
I was really annoyed, it had all been a complete farce however customer service (I recommend contacting via Facebook for faster/better response), were really helpful and I did get a refund pretty quickly.
The 2/10 pairs that I kept are the comfiest underwear I own as well as flattering and invisible under clothes so it was worth the stress in the end.

ordered some stuff which was gift for another person and was needed by a certain date. despite receiving a mail from Tezenis that the order will now arrive in 48 hours I have had no merchandise for last whole week. The courier says they haven't even got the stuff from Tezenis. there is just no other information. I have tried to get in touch with them everyday but there is just no response! I would really like to cancel this order as its really no use if it does not arrive on time but there is no way to do that too.

I have ordered underwear on 31/01/2021. I haven’t received the products. I have emailed 4 x to enquire about my order. Each time I was fobbed off by comment it was damaged I transfer. They haven’t refunded me money, nor send another parcel. Now, they close down my request without replying at all. The worst customer service I have experienced in my life!!!

I ordered some items in the german online shop. They were promptly delivered. Unofrtuntaley, I had to return some items. The reurn process is not exactly state-of-the-art and I had trouble getting a return label. Customer service helped very quickly though and sent me all I needed.
UPS pick up was another story, difficult to book really. But they came on the booked day and everything afterwards was smooth again. Money was returned without delays.

I asked repeatedly the tracking update of my package on the chat online and calzedonia and haven't received any news from you? Hermes claims they have never received the package. It states clearly on your website 48 hours until delivery and it has passed more than a week since I ordered and have no news from you whatsoever! I noticed people complaining on social media that you never send their packages after 3 months still, If it is like that than I rather cancel my order than wait 3 months for a miracle.
I have written a ticket message on the website.
I expect to receive an answer as I have no intention in waiting 3 months for an answer, being a former loyal customer in Italy for tezenis and never experienced this unprofessionally service in Italy!

I have received my package after 8 days. I have changed review from 1 star to 3 since I received the goods I payed for but I won't buy anymore in tezenis/calzedonia UK. I will only buy in Italy since in Italy the company was professional and I have never had problems there with customer service or the promised dates. The goods arrived in a paper bag that normally Chinese shops give you which it makes it feel like you are buying fake products and not the brand they state.

I have ordered many times from Tezenis. I really like their clothes for casual wear and they are so well priced. However an order that I placed in December never arrived. The delivery company UPS updated a status to say parcel damaged and to contact Tezenis. I contacted Tezenis 'Customer care' by e-mail it was useless, messenger on FB answered me with no action taken. After 1 month I decided to send a messenger saying that I had contacted eecireland.ie the complaints process for a purchase (if you live in Ireland) and suddenly I have heard back from Tezenis with notification of a refund. Nothing in the bank as yet however I am assured it has been completed today. So the threat of a complaint going to an official 3rd party was enough to finally get some service. So disappointed that the service doesn't match the shop. The reviews are so bad surely this shop must take action?? Also the packaging is light so I imagine the rain getting into a parcel was enough to cause damage. Such a pity this shop is failing its shoppers. Soon it will learn that you cant get away if forever!

Customer service just doesn't exist. They didn't even respond to my request of 1,5 month ago. Even after a reminder to get back to me. Nothing. Too bad for them. Their website has a bug that caused not recognizing addresses in my country so it was impossible to order. I am not sorry about that now. Will take my money elsewhere.

I have, however called the customer service several times, and every time they say that they will refund my money soon. Well I haven't seen any progress on this matter. Terrible customer service experience. Placed an order on 29/11/20 and still have not received the order. It has been 2 months and I still have not received my refund after a number of phone calls and wasting hours on the online chat. The customer representative on the phone was unhelpful and although said they will issue a refund, it took two weeks after chasing them again for an email to suggest a refund but not confirm it. The online chat is also a horrible experience after waiting hours to connect to a customer representative. I could not even get a response to my first message before my chat got disconnected. Like other customers here, I would recommend to avoid at all costs!

I made quite a big order and was told it would be delayed due to Brexit. They have then refused to respond to any of my questions about the whereabouts of my order, I do not think they have even sent the items yet. Going to try and find a way to report them to trading standards or something as they have taken my money but don't seem to want to send me my parcel? Disgusting company.

Got an email saying my refund was on the way after Tezenis receiving their products back on the 14th of December 2020. One month and 10 days later, still waiting for my refund.
The worst customer service I ever came across in this country. No update at all.
Been calling them every week to chase my refund but I'm always told 'it's passed to our finance department'
Absolutely ridiculous to wait so long for a refund when it's done by a system!
Avoid at all costs and never shop with them! You'll never see your money back and be expected to wait long to even get your purchase.
Still waiting for my refund 1 month 10 days later and counting!!!
