Simple form, but needs a statement at start stating what documents and information will be needed.
Easy to fill out.

Can get log in to Teya bank account

I have a new Teya bank account where my money is getting paid into and I have no acces to it. I have tried customer support but they can help me to sort the problem.

My business will fail soon if I can acces our card payouts
