What went wrong is I applied to become a chat operator. They responded about needing my full name, email address, form of payment and my skype address and when I send it I will receive instruction on completing the full training on skype. So I sent it and it's 10 hours later and I still haven't heard from them yet, which is giving me funny vibes about this company, because I'm sitting here thinking like what are yall doing collecting people's information?

You're all crazy. It's not a damned scam. Been working for them for almost 2 years and still working. I make 150-200€ a week with 4-6hours a day. They have given me another remote position while working for them. For the guy who wrote he couldn't figure out from where do they make payments- they do it from the bank in Spain, where finance department works. This business is fully legit and there are many other like these. Some get ignored when applying mostly because they are from Africa or some countries that they avoid because their English is not that good. I've had a chance to see how feedback department works and I saw some incredibly useless messages while checking random operator's messages. If your English is bad and if you don't know how to follow the rules, you will and you should be deactivated. If you are a good chat operator, no one will ever say a word to you. So, don't cry just because you are bad. Not everyone can do this job. You are paid to make results, to be entertaining and creative. If you can't write good messages, just give up. Also, just because you didn't get your response it doesn't mean it's a scam lol. There are thousands of people working for this company and they also have hundreds of applications daily. Support department is available 24/7 but they can't respond to every single mail. They deal with the highest priority mails. I will have to agree with you about their coaches. Most of them are bad but some are good and nice, always willing to help. My coach was a moron too but it was two years ago. I've lost my contact with her three months after I started working lol, but here I am, still working and now I work full time. It's not an ideal job but which one is perfect? For me, it's totally worth it!

Indeed, very slow response time, but I got the job and love the extra earnings! It is worth the wait!

This company is a scam. They sell your information to black market. They sell your data!!! Don't trust the good reviews these reviews are written by them. They don't pay you.

Seems like a database scam agency that collect your info.
Do not provide any info do you background checks

i waited 2-3 weeks without any update from the recruitment team before i started the training but the overall experience was good. Salary was just okay for a part time job.

I'm from South Africa and I had to apply thrice (they were not responding) and on 3rd application I got a response in which they actually apologized for not getting back to me. My ID verification and training was completed within less than a week I was working. Unfortunately it does take a while to get a reply (as would any business with traffic) but this site can be a very good source of income you just have to be patient and if you get it you must be consistent. Also if you not working with £€$ the payment process can get slightly complicated but it's worth it and THEY ALWAYS PAY! I make R5000 a month working 4-6 hours a day, 5 days a week (you earn extra for working on weekends). Just keep trying, you have nothing to lose!

This company is a scam. I applied for a job and sent in my personal info and ID, wasted my time doing all their requests and they asked me yet again to send in my ID to get verified, even though I sent in my correct details I was never verified just ignored. You would think at the very least they’d reply to me saying my application was denied, or just something seeing as they have my ID and going silent just seems scammy, but instead they send me nothing. When I write to them asking if they can get back to me even if it’s with a rejection I receive yet again no reply. All I can say for this company is that karma is coming swiftly and unapologetic to you. Don’t think you can treat poor people trying to make some spare change badly and then get away with it. Your day will come.

recently tried my luck with TF.
firstly they are veryyyy slow at replying back, then when they do reply its a repeat email, or a very vague email to schedule another meeting ( unclear what its for, no idea if training or what) then they gave me really weird times in the UK ( recently moved to US) so had to convert the times, plus they never replied back and nothing happened during the time that i picked ( scammy much?)

That your application was not accepted doesn't mean it is a scam. The company is very legit and responds to e-mails when you follow the rules. As a matter of fact, I received my last week's payment today. If they don't accept your application, try again or try another company.

This is a scam. The way the company operates gives me the chills to be honest. The operator are supposed to tease the clients into meeting, but never accept to meet. The client is paying to chat to the ladies in here, which are all actual operator, and will NEVER meet them.
The company pays a misery of 7p per message, if they feel like it. Also the scariest part is, they use fake details about their payroll. On my payslip, the head office shows in Samoa, which is a island in the middle of the pacific. There is no way to actually find out who is paying me (they send via paypal). All their company details are made up, i spent weeks checking online for their info.
I have stopped working from them after that and i want to find a way to report them.

I received an email about training i showed up on time with coach Cher, the login info they sent did not work, she resent me the link, i messaged to let her know i received it. No response, i completed the first module, i messaged coach Cher, no response, i went on to complete and pass the training, i notified coach Cher, no response, no login, nothing. She basically ghosted me, when I finally reached her again she tried to scold me because I went ahead instead of waiting for her to respond.????? The training is supposed to be an hour, then she went back and forth with me about how she's not always available and insinuating going through training again. Waste of time, i took it as a sign. This type of job shouldn't be this hard to even do training.

So I was told that I would be scheduled for a training session after sending my information. Well, I sent my information and no one got back to me. I then sent another email 2 weeks later to inquire why no one was getting back to me and still, NO ONE responded. That is very unprofessional! I am SO GLAD this company never got back to me because after reading all of these negative reviews, I see now that I DODGED A BULLET! Save your time and just do not apply to this company.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life as a phone chat / text chat girl in 8 years time! They really scam guys these guys actually believe they're going to really meet these girls I got let go for simply saying a Nana poo poo comments I was told I was rude LOL I was not trying to be rude I was trying to lighten the moment but apparently these people don't get them we'll fire you for any little f****** thing and at the same time they tell you to do one thing which is lead the guys on to believe they're going to meet you and then once we get them going and they seem to get become a little sensitive protective you say the least little thing and you get reviewed poorly! This isn't over I am tired of dealing with companies like this this is by far the worst and I intend on bringing it down so hard its head is going to spin anybody else in on a class action suit? Get back with me because what they are doing is they're scamming guys into thinking this is a real dating site that is actually fraud I think they might want to do their research a little more! They have no idea who they're dealing with because I know of every chat site that they work with and I'm going to start naming them

In the company's website, the basic requirement for an applicant is to at least know how to write fluently in english. Unfortunately, my coach (Coach Nkateko@CHB) ironically told me that I failed because my kind of writing falls short to that of a native american speaker/writer. What??? I am an asian. How can my coach expect me to readily know how to write like a native american speaker/writer??? For me to reach that level, I should have tried living in the US for quite some time so I could perfectly adapt and blend with the kind of american native writing/speaking that my coach is requiring of me! Why are they recruiting asians in the first place if what they prefer is an american native writer/speaker level/standard??? The company's selection process is truly confusing and somewhat discriminating i guess. I wasted my time in this company.

I have been working for Texting Factory for over a year and I’m satisfied, I’m able to pay my own rent. They don’t work you like a slave because you work whenever you want to work. You can actually even make more the €400 in a week. They pay every Thursday. I’m fully satisfied with it but I did hear that they’ve become strict when you are applying. It’s really worth it.

I didn't even want to waste my time writing anything about this BS of a company but I wanted to share my experience and make others aware of what's going on so here goes...the day of my training I was told to do a course then screenshot the page to the coach when I was finished, I did all of that only to be told that I'm an hour and a half minutes late for training when I WAS INSTRUCTED TO TAKE A COURSE AND FINISH IT BEFORE I BEGAN TRAINING, I was like SERIOUSLY (I have to be respectful on here but that's not what I said), but anyways the coach and I agreed on a next time on the day after, that time came and I began training and I was asked some basic questions like name, email, etc., now mind you these people are in our backs saying that we have to possess perfect grammar and spelling, yet still when I had to read through the long essays that they call messages on Skype, they were filled with grammatical errors, ironic right? But I digress, the coach whose name is "Cher", when we began training I realized that I couldn't find a login page on the website so I asked her where is it that I can go to login because that's where I thought training would take place, only for this person to be saying like how I should be patient because I'm not the only person she's training and all that BS, yet still my question wasn't answered...STRIKE ONE...anyways, she went on to ask my country, as well as my name and email....AGAIN!!,when I told her this she came up with this stupid excuse about having a power outage and when the electricity is back in the next 2 hours we can continue, I was like if you didn't have any electricity, where did you get internet to Skype me? I also checked multiple times and saw that she was online throughout the 2 hours, but I gave her stupid ass the benefit of the doubt...…STRIKE TWO, anyways 2 hours passed she Skyped me back this long ass message talking about translation rules and that I should make sure that I'm not using one like why would I be using one when I'm speaking proper English like are you dumb? Anyways, I answered saying I'm not using one and she sent this other long ass message and I answered 9 questions, now this is where things went left, she sent me 3 training questions to answer and I tried answering them, this girl is gonna tell me that 2 of the 3 questions had no call for action and that they were less that 150 characters when I remember reading in the course that it should not be less than 75 CHARACTERS!!!, also LIKE WHAT THE ACTUAL F IS A CALL FOR ACTION WHEN I WAS NOT TOLD WHAT THAT WAS!!!! she went on to say that the first question is not answered properly and went on to sat]y that if that's how I talk to my friends? Like how do you know how I talk to my friends? What does my friend have to do with this? Like I got no feedback just her saying that there is no call for action and it's less than 150 characters and she went on to bring my friends into this...STRIKE THREE!!! long story short I cursed her out and I blocked her, she brought out the Jamaican in me, and she met the right one that day, and that is my experience, if anybody sees this please DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

They keep on deactivating accounts for nothing at all or for minor mistakes!

I had advised a few of my friends to sign up with them SAD MISTAKE ON MY PART. After they deactivated my account for a minor issue, they also deactivated THREE of my friends' accounts for minor issues as well. As for another friend that still has her account with them, they temporarily suspend her account for the DUMBEST things. Like they will be suspending her account her every 2 days and then they take ages to reactivate accounts.

I think they don't want workers to make a certain amount of money or something.
