no good service, only 5k word per week is useless. u have to click 10 buttons befor they aloow u to cancle their subscription this should be illegal, try to make it as hard as possible to keep u subscripted....

Log in → Your account (bottom-left corner) → Profile → Subscription tab → Cancel subscription
There are no hidden steps, pop-ups designed to trap you, or unnecessary obstacles. If your experience felt different, we would genuinely like to understand what happened.
Regarding the word limit of 5,000 words per week — this is clearly stated during the checkout process. If you need more words, you always have the option to top up directly from your account.
If you experienced technical issues or had difficulty finding the cancellation option, please contact our support team at support@textguard.ai with your account email. We're here to help, and we would never make cancellation intentionally difficult.

It said my writing was AI when it wasn't. Then it wastes a minute loading before prompting you to pay to see a "humanized" version. The "humanized" version would be AI not my original writing.

An AI detector does not "know" whether a text was written by a human or AI — it analyzes patterns, predictability, and language structures. Even a text written entirely by a human can sometimes be flagged as AI if it follows very logical, predictable, or formal patterns. Knowing that you wrote the text yourself does not mean the detector will "know" that — it can only make a statistical guess.
That being said, we genuinely want to understand your experience better.
