Only mild annoyance was time
Only mild annoyance was time. It took several weeks for books mailed to company and several more books to receive the check. Part of time is due to Hawaii/mainland slowness. No problem for me, since check was very small, but could be worse for someone who was waiting for a significant check.

The process of returning the books was…
The process of returning the books was simple. Any questions I had were answered immediately. I used the pre-paid shipping label they sent, packed the books into a generic cardboard box and dropped it off at UPS. I received my check promptly. I recommend this company highly.
