I got a bunch of the tshirt and sweaters . It really nice quality. I love I could wear white and not worry about anything.

Ive been waiting more than 6 weeks for product. No clear timeframe. The courier company says Textale hasnt completed proper paperwork. Terrible service. Beware.

I ordered a TexTalet-shirt for my boyfriend for christmas. It arrived in time and was well packaged. I cannot comment on the functionality it promises, as he has not used it since due to size issues. Unfortunately, the size i ordered (that is his regular size) was much too big. As the time for a regular exchange had been exceeded due to the christmas date and vacations, I wrote an e-mail asking for the chance to exchange it for a smaller one (and another one following up after no answer). Of course i would appreciate to be offered an exchange, but it can't be expected. What i do expect though is an answer at all. This to me is bad customer service. I will update this review if i end up receiving an answer eventually.

Update: I have received an answer end of March to this Review (apparently my e-mails got lost), offering a refund or a replacement, which I am happy to take. Better late than never, thank you TexTale :)

I paid for express shipping. Half my order was shipped and received. 12 days later half of my order still hasn’t been shipped so I asked to cancel and refund. I was told my order would be ‘reviewed’ and I would receive a response. Instead of responding to me or providing any assistance, allegedly the rest of my order was sent 3 days after I asked to cancel. The incompetence is mind boggling.

Don't waste your time and money on this useless clothing. I poured sriracha chilli sauce and rubbed it in. Used water to run it through and tissues to remove the Sriracha sauce. No chance of getting it out. Put it in a washing machine and the stains didn't go away still, not even a little bit.

Kindly take this as a warning to all that this is a fraud company.

Ads states once ordered, the merchandise will be shipped within 3-6 working days.

However, it is coming to 1 month now and nothing turn up. I had attempted to reach out to this seller on numerous occasions in attempt to cancel the order and get a full refund but was lied again and again that my order is coming.

Until today, there is no delivery nor refund. So be very careful not to handle over your money to this fraud company.
