I have bought a few items from Texpeed now and they are always great quality. I made an error with a recent order on sizing, didn't spot it for months as hadn't been out on my bike and asked if they could swap for right size - no problems at all, excellent customer service and a company that treats it customers well. I will be back and could not recommend them enough.

I contacted Texpeed after I encountered An issue with the press studs on my jacket. Even though the jacket was over 4 months old, they didn't quibble and offered to replace the jacket straight away. They even re imbursed the postage fees for the return. Excellent communication throughout and superb customer service. Won't hesitate to buy from them again in the future

Purchased a couple of items one was wrong communication with Julie and it was rectified instantly great company very helpful and was communicated all through the process antil I was happy defenatly deal with them again.

Excellent jacket for the money, paid a lot more for poorer quality in the past.
Excellent customer service, returned on a Saturday due to wrong size ordered and had a replacement by Wednesday.
Would definitely deal with again.

I originally found Texpeed products through eBay searching for motorcycle gear. Long story short I’ve purchased several items over the last couple of years all of Great quality and perfect sizes! Everything has fit perfect.
Their communication is immediate, and thorough. With my most recent purchase I had some questions about a duty fee as I live in the US and Julie got back to me the same day with a comprehensive explanation.
Can’t say enough “Right Ons”! for these folks and their gear!

I purchased a leather jacket and waterproof leather trousers. They are both fantastic value for money and very true to size. Really impressed.

Sent some motorbike trousers that were made wrong. That's OK because their returns process was fast and very accommodating. Can't fault the value, quality of the right items is excellent.

Good quality trousers plus prompt replies to queries when I ordered the wrong size. Helpful and efficient a pleasure to deal with recommended.

Top quality well made gear every bit as good as, or better, than " big name" kit but at sensible prices. Couple this with an easy ordering system, on the ball deliveries, and one of the most helpful and friendly customer services means I won't be going anywhere else. Very trusted company very polite staff julie is great ? give her nice pay rise because she deserves it. Really happy with the white trousers and matching jacket. Comfy, warm , washable and able to take the winter padding out for the summer. What more could you ask for. Yes we could spend hundreds (many hundreds in some cases) of pounds on just a jacket from other companies. But why. I'm not brand snob. The kit is well priced. Good quality and does everything that a pricer gear will do. I've not been let down with the kit . I'm ordering more for a friend. Perhaps go up a size or two when ordering. Especially if you want many woolly jumpers and joggers on underneath. I got the trousers two years ago. Jacket this year as safety is key. Will be getting more.

Looking on eBay for leather motorcycle trousers and jacket I came across Texspeed. I made an enquiry, through eBay messenger, and spoke with Julie. She answered all my questions patiently and fully and because of her excellent customer service I decided to take the plunge. I ordered trousers and jacket along with a pair of braces just in case. They arrived promptly with Royal Mail 24hr. I used the Texspeed sizing chart and I was honest with the tape measure and I can say that the fit is spot on. The leg length is perfect, sitting just on the upper of my boot and the sleeve length of the jacket is again spot on even in the riding position on the bike. The quality of them also seems amazing so if you're looking for good quality and value for money then I would definitely recommend Texspeed.

Really good products at a more than fair price. Previously I always bought ‘big name’ but Texpeed are just as good and British made too. The whole process of ordering etc is seamless and communication is perfect. My new first place to look.

I have purchased 6 jackets, both textile and leather and textile trousers from Texpeed over several years and always been very impressed with the quality and reasonable price of their clothing. They are a UK company that has recently proved to be very helpful with regard to changing a delivery address issue that was my mistake and I was able to contact them and get an immediate response from them so they could amend the order before shipping and avoid a major problem of my own causing. That is very important if ever you need to contact a seller and very impressed with their customer service and the very fast response and the fact they sorted my problem.

I have ordered various items from this company. Every item received has been of excellent quality, as described and value for money.
