We employed Tetra via mr Benson of KFH to process our central London high rise building safety case with the regulator
They took a year and charged us over £80,000
Yet we recently received an outright refusal notice from the regulator stating:
“You have not fully demonstrated your understanding of the building and the current structural condition of the building “
“You have failed to provide a safety case report that contains the prescribed information required under the Building safety act…”
The regulator then issued an enforcement notice against the volunteer directors of the RMC stating:
“You have failed to ensure that a suitable and sufficient assessment of the building safety risk of structural failure was undertaken to enable compliance with your duties under section 83 of BSA 2022”
Tetra have offered no explanation whatsoever as till this failure in their work or offered any compensation for the additional costs our building has to now incur
Extremely poor service with zero communication to its client
