Authenticity Labels cut BEWARE
Ordered a cp company hoodie and came with the labels to check its authenticity cut.
Yes the owner is going to come on and say they are genuine blah blah but now there is no way for me to check for sure, and it also vastly reduces any potential re-sale value of your clothes.
Any cutting the labels should be CLEARLY identified on the product page so you can make a decision prior to ordering.
I have also emailed for a response without a reply.

I recently purchased a CP Company item and was disappointed to find that the internal tag had been cut out. After checking it against other genuine CP Company pieces I own, I realised it was the tag that normally includes the QR code used to help verify authenticity.!!!! Why do they do this (FAKE not sure

Instead of leaving a 1-star review about the Certilogo, we would have really appreciated the chance to explain the situation first if you would of messaged.
It’s actually quite common for smaller independent companies to have the Certilogo (CLG) tag cut, as they may not have direct contracts with certain brands. The tag is usually removed to protect supplier details, especially when suppliers don’t have rights to sell in certain countries.

Regarding the Certilogo, the T&C description explains why it may be removed by our supplier, as many independent retailers are required to do this.
We understand this can cause confusion, and we’re always happy to clarify beforehand as to why the CLG tag is removed.
We’d also like to reassure you that our reviews across all platforms speak for themselves when it comes to the authenticity of our products and the service we provide to customers.
In relation to the badge “falling out,” this is actually a removable badge designed to be taken out before washing, so it is intended to come out and be reinserted afterward.
We’re always happy to help resolve any concerns directly, which is why we were surprised not to have been contacted before the review was posted.
We could have easily guided you on how to refit the lens.

Ridiculous refund policy over Christmas! Only 14 days to return something and get a refund when it’s a Christmas present. Once the credit note is used I will never buy anything from this company again
