I purchased a course on Test Prep Training and got locked out due to a login error (redirect_uri_mismatch).
I contacted support multiple times through their official contact form — no reply at all.
It’s extremely frustrating as I can’t access what I paid for, and the platform is completely unresponsive.
Avoid this platform until they fix their login system and take customer support seriously.

This is scam site. Earlier it was testpreptraining,com. Then suddenly they changed it to testpreptraining.ai, which is not reachable. Now both sites don't work. Their only intention is to rip money off.

I paid for Adobe Customer Journey analytics business practitioner course practice test. But, I can se some questions have wrong answers. There are no real-time scenario questions to answers.

I just purchased a practice exam from this website but have yet to receive a confirmation email or access to it in my account. When I tried emailing customer service, as soon as I hit send on the website contact page, I get the error that the page is not working. Funny enough, my credit card has already been charged. Seems like a fraudulent site.

Purchased a practice exam, the exam doesn't open, just showing the Test Modes with no actual buttons or way to progress (checked other browsers, devices, including incognito without extensions, filtering, etc). Nothing even in the source code. No response in 11 days to any attempt at contact including their online contact form.

EDIT: after posting this review I received my first correspondence, and then a swift resolution, a reasonable explanation, they took responsibility, and I also received compensation.

Testpreptraining customer service team is truly amazing. Very quick to respond to inquiries from my experience and provided the much needed support when preparing for certification exams. It’s a yes from me! I’ll use them again. I’ve used their certification packages to successfully pass two exams and I intend to use them to help in subsequent exams.

The layout and option for the practice exams if really good, it allows for detailed focus on areas that need more work... the website is easy to navigate

Test prep training is a great resource in preparation of taking the exams. It guides you in a way that makes you learn to navigate through the ICC code book to find the answers to the questions- which is exactly what is needed to pass the exam.

This was a very positive learning experience for me. All the virtual instruction components were readily available and easy to employ. Additionally, the instructor was clearly a seasoned subject matter expert and kept us all engaged with his real-world cyber experience. I will definitely be back for more !!

Test Prep is great for the sample test questions for any exam. Highly recommended.

I bought Oracle Database SQL (1Z0-071) preparation exam. After some hours trying to answer questions, I can confirm that there is a lot of mistakes in questions. Not only spelling errors that change completely the understanding of the questions but also errors that relate totally with the certification I am looking for. Also even if I am not a native English speaker, some questions are really not understandable. They do not read what they write.

Test Prep Training is such a useful tool to help get you into the code books and learn how to map out and find the answers. I have recommended to multiple people now and will continue to do so!

This review relates to the Python PCEP test questions.
In short, this is a mixed review. There are a number of incorrect questions. Quite a few of the questions are badly laid out, ie - what is the output of ...... but the code does not have any indentations so it is hard to answer that as a print function could be in or out of a loop. there are lots of them A few questions on things not covered in the python institute course and do not appear in the sylabus(as far as I can tell).
probably still worth doing prior to the exam but not as good as I had hoped

an example:
what is the output of print tinylist * 2 if tinylist = [1,2,3]
correct syntax should be print(tinylist *2) so the output is an error, but they do not accept this and will mark you down.

studied with ease and made the exams look simpler

Testpreptraining is a complete sham. Exam questions were nothing like the actual exam, do not waste time or money at testpreptraining.com!!
