Not recommended for Covid test

After paying for a Covid test, you're required to fill in all your personal details such as passport details, nationality, ethnicity, mobile phone number before they will issue the PLF reference number "Upon completing this form, you will receive your Passenger Locator Form (PLF) reference number automatically." You also have to accept their use of all the information you've given them. Very suspect, and I don't think they should be on a government approve list.

We ordered and paid for 3 2nd day…

We ordered and paid for 3 2nd day lateral flow tests after returning to the UK. Only 1 arrived. We are still waiting to the other 2 obviously is all a bit late now. A complete joke they only had to send them....being recommended by .GOV is simply a licence to rip people off.
