Delivery issues
Price point was on par with others. Communication was good but at point of sale it stated it was in stock but once purchased I was informed it wasn’t in stock and it took nearly a month to arrive. To which point I had to borrow other equipment!

Absolutely terrible very little contact came late for the equipment could not fix it took ages to reply to my email to get it sent to manufacture won’t be using them again.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and we are very sorry that you felt that the service was terrible.
The product was collected by our own logistics team so we're unsure what you mean by "came late for the equipment". I can see that at least two of our Service Team contacted you regarding your product whilst it was here for various reasons.
The product then went off to the manufacturer as we could not resolve the issue and it was rectified and calibrated by the manufacturer. In all, including return to the manufacturer, the return took four weeks. Whilst we appreciate that this may have taken too long for yourself, this turnaround is pretty quick from that manufacturer currently.
We wish you well for the future and are always here to assist if you do decide to give us another opportunity.
