Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Took nearly 5 months for a meter that I purchased to be delivered. Deadlines kept changing and no information from the numerous calls I made to chase up the delivery. I was simply told that it wasn’t their fault. Very very poor customer experience.

I think that the whole process from researching the product, finding suitable accessories, placing the order to delivery was very easy. The PASS website is easy to navigate. Prices are competitive. Delivery was quick, the items were well packaged. Importantly I feel that if there are any issues with the multimeter that PASS will be able to help me with them.

Need to sort out their packaging
Pen knife arrived in a huge box which meant delivery driver could not post it through letter box. It would easily have fitted in small Jiffy bag. Hardly saving the environment. 🙄

Would give zero stars if possible
Would give zero stars if possible! Sent off my anton flue gas analyser for a simple recalibration on a Thursday. On the Monday it was returned to me unopened in the exact same packaging I’d sent it in. When I phoned to complain and explained to them that would be another 3 days that I couldn’t earn any money without my working analyser the lady said “yeah the couriers are a nightmare” and offered me a refund for the postage. I said this was insufficient compensation for the 3 days work I’d be losing she just said sorry, nothing she could do about it.
