scam. not the right solutions manual. see other reviews too. I feel so stupid but this is not OK. I will call my credit card company and try to reverse the charge.

Scam solution manuals - Don’t answer the given questions
I ordered a solution manual. They provided a sample for chapter one which answered the questions. The rest of the manual they sent was 100% not correct. It didn’t even answer the questions in the book. It was random answers to who knows what. Don’t bother buying from them. I immediately contacted them saying it was fake and they just kept sending screenshots saying they don’t refund.
